Needed a wire transfer, no problem, but they don't cash checks here, only deposits or transfers. Also no safety deposit boxes.

This is a bank, where you do finances and they can not give you cash or take your cash.

I had an issue with my account and tried to address this over the phone. I was unable to and had to go in for help. The teller at this branch was not helpful.

Bank no longer has tellers. Walked in to get quarters and there are no people there. Guy in office came out and said he can't help me. So disappointed in the bank that has no tellers.

This branch does not carry cash. It’s questionable if this place even meets the definition of bank now.

I like PNC and they have been good to me. I am really nervous to see them taking cash out of their branches. I encourage everyone to use cash as often as possible, or we will eventually lose the privilege.

I'm disgusted with this so called financial institution. I recently opened an account and today I tried to cash two of my payroll checks from a well known business. I was shocked when the teller told me i couldn't cash them because I didn't have enough money in my account to cover the checks. Another employee confirmed they don't do that and I could only cash them at bank of America who the payroll checks came from. Than the manager came out because she heard the commotion and just smiled at me like it was the moment she'd been waiting for all day. To tell some member they can't cash their checks from a well known financial institution for the money they worked hard to earn. She smirked at me like a child that knows they did something wrong and think they've gotten away with it. I than went across the street to the food lion where they immediately cashed my checks with no problems. You better believe myself and the masses I preach to will not bank if thats what you even wanna call it with this disgrace of a company ever again!

Awful awful . Went to the branch on Providence Rd. Went 15 miles out of the way because I wanted to cash a check that was given to me by one of there members. Teller was not the friendliest at all. Then on top of that they charge you 2% to cash a check that one of there members writes you. Guess that's why the parking lot was empty...

Super friendly tellers who will shoot the wind with you while you're depositing and or withdrawing. Seriously I enjoy PNC just because the tellers are cool as all get out. Banks are such a dreary place but this PNC is filled with magically nice tellers who actually give a crap about you and your finances.
