24 hour location, I wanted a quick work out and was able to do that no wait for weights, staff was friendly, quiet. Perfect.

Great gym, it is never too packed where I have to wait for my sets. Really good price, maybe because I signed up during a promotion, but overall I prefer this gym over any in Virginia Beach area
