They treated my Chihuahua Shaky very well. The entire staff & Dr Bruce Radomski were always professional and courteous. On 8/6/24 when I bought Shaky in because she passed away, they were so kind and gentle. Thank you everyone at Pet Clinic. -Rafael

I have taken ALL of my cats here for almost 40 years. Dr. Radomski genuinely cares for these animals. Whether you are getting a nail trim or whether he's giving you some not so great news, you can tell he's invested in the relationship with people and their animals. Don't know who I'll take my cats to, when he retires!! Maybe he'll recommend someone. You WON'T find a better veterinarian anywhere.

Started bringing my English bulldog in for annual shots and nail trimmings.. but recently she had a big cyst on her neck pop which left a big hole, concerned I called the clinic and they were able to see me the same day! My dog was put on antibiotics, the staff loves her and is incredibly kind. They even called a week or so after to check on my dog, how thoughtful!! It’s so hard to find a good vet these days, I’m so happy to have found this clinic thank you for taking care of my Izzy!

The vet himself,Bruce Radomski, is amazing. My dog has been going here for 9 years and I recommend him as a vet to anyone. However the newer staff he has is terrible. The medication mistakes I've experienced are inexcusable. The attitudes I've been met with are inexcusable. The customer service almost doesn't exist. They also close at 5:30 and I have been calling for refills of heart medications for my dog for the last 6 months and picking it up at or after 5 with no issue until today, because of when i get off of work. I was told I needed to be there before 5 as they are "busy doing closing duties and it's difficult for someone to stop and initiate a payment" it was also suggested I come on saturday instead. Unfortunately like most of the world I am struggling paycheck to paycheck and this is nearly a 70 dollar expense every 2 weeks and I get paid on Tuesdays. I typically refill on a Thursday following, because I can't make the hours on Wednesday as they close at 12. And this medication couldn't wait till this upcoming Saturday because I am currently out. This has never previously been and issue. I personally don't see the point of being open till 5:30 If your staff refuses to do a service thats provided within the hours you're expected to be open. I did get my medication after some back n forth.

The clinic is wonderful, staff is outstanding, very knowledgeable and kind. The Doctor is the best, he has taken care of two of my pets and now about to take my new fur baby in. I highly recommend them, They really care about your pets.
