My guess is this place used to be very well run judging by the reviews. It’s a shame they turned to a franchise with Napa auto parts. This shop has very slow service and all they care about is how much money they can get out of you.

Scheduled my appointment. They took me right in, did the maintenance items I asked and had it ready when promised. Very fair prices. Always great service ! Highly recommend!

Perfection auto repair did an excellent job on a car. Our car was towed there at 12:30 and it was completed by 530 that evening. This allowed us to continue our vacation with our daughter at a softball tournament. I highly recommend this place. They were helpful educated and answered all her questions no matter how many times we call them.

Joey is the man there, always fun speaking with him. I’ve always had an easy time of getting my vehicle fixed while I waited in office for it. I like the location and the honey looking office and quick reliable work.

Seriously such an easy and awesome experience. I scheduled my inspection ahead of time, scheduled drop off and pick up. We discussed what my car needed, my timeline for getting a new vehicle, and what made the most sense in terms of service and costs, and executed our plan. Friendly guys, great customer service, great value for my money. In an era where trustworthy and good mechanics are hard to find, these guys are the real deal!

Needed to have a check engine light checked out before an upcoming trip, and the staff was great getting us right in and identifying the problem as well as making the repairs at a reasonable price. I have used the shop many times over the years and they have always been, honest and efficient. They have new ownership and management, but those principles are obviously still in place.
