I had a great experience today July 8, 2024 at the Holland Rd Virginia Beach store. The store associate named Nate was so professional, helpful, & nice. He did a diagnostic trouble code check on my service engine soon light for my SUV, gave me a print out, and explained it. I really appreciate this free service and the excellent customer service I always receive at this store. His coworker Robert was nice also.
If corporate reads this do what you can to keep such excellent employees! Please reward them. Thank you.

The guy just walked away after saying he cant machine a rotor. He was 100% wrong. Got it measure somewhere else.

Stopped in the store and bought a product. No one was available to help. The product ended up not working. I asked if it stopped by if they could help me real quick cause I think it might work but for some reason not for me. The person that answered was very short and stated can’t help you. Since I opened the product I was told that I can’t return it. This store sucks. Will go back to advance auto

I always go to this shop for my parts. The staff is ALWAYS helpful. Resolves my battery terminal problem with ease.

Bad attention, disinterest in the client. I am a regular user of this chain of stores but in this one they never attend with interest, they always treat you as if you were coming to ask for alms. If you can, send this store.

The person claiming to be manager should be working at an ice cream store instead of auto parts store as he knows nothing about how to look up auto parts or help customers

I live closer to the orielys on va beach Blvd. But I travel the extra few miles to specifically come to this one because unlike the other people are friendly and don't rule their eyes and raise their voice over asking for them to do diagnostic on your car.

The store associates could use some customer service training. We were provided with the wrong information and almost spent money on something that wasn't going to fit the vehicle. Glad we decided to wait and investigate further. I would recommend that if the associate doesn't know an answer that they simply state that.Customers are banking on your knowledge but if you aren't sure don't just try to sell something. Thisbslight change could be helpful for the future.

Jay and Joel were a huge help. They got me the rubber elbow I needed in under an hour and helped me change it out after I struggled with it for about 10 minutes. Definitely good guys.
