Randy is very friendly and professional. We felt no pressure sales tactics. Nice selection of good used cars for fair prices.Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a used car dealership in Virginia Beach, Orange Auto is definitely worth considering.

Just finished buying my second car from the great folks over at orange auto. Staff is friendly and willing to work with just about any schedule. Randy offered to stay late on 3 occasions if I couldn’t sneak out of work a little early to finish up some paper work. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Got a 2014 Toyota tacoma beautiful truck my first truck and it drives so smoothly got the two year warranty to be safe, Casey was very helpful and works with you on everything. Will recommend them to anyone

Horrible experience. I got a 2010 Toyota Rav 4 from there and two months after I got it the alternator went out. Then I got it repaired with their suggested mechanic and he assured me he didn't see any other issues with the car. Two months go by. The car won't even turn on now and it's not the battery. The diagnostic I got said most likely a repair is need for the transmission pressure control solenoid wiring and engine control system malfunction. I called their mechanic again and he told me to call him to confirm he could fit me in. Then he completely stopped answering my calls and texts. I contacted orange auto and they assured me they'd reach out to him. Still never heard from him after I tried contacting him multiple times again, and orange auto said there's nothing they can do because my warranty expired. This all happened in the span of four months. I begged them to make sure this was a car that wouldn't give me too many issues because I drive my twin babies around in it and both times it broke down I was stranded with my kids. DO NOT GO HERE.

Excellent, friendly service. It was my first time purchasing a car from a dealer and they explained every aspect of the process. They partner with reputable mechanics (both of which, I ironically already knew or used) and answer any questions you may have. Can't recommend enough.

Very helpful, informative and earnest. Got helped by Kelly and he was very hospitable considering I stopped by the shop 15 minutes before closing. All of the staff was genuine and nice.
