“Arthur, Lee, and Jennifer were the dream team I needed today for my oil change and tire rotation. I ran into an issue with my lug nut locks. Lee helped explain my options to me. Arthur offered to start working on my oil change while we tried to figure out the lug nut issue. And Jennifer even called the dealership for me to try and resolve the lug nut issue with me. I ended up finding them in my spare tire compartment. However, to say they went above and beyond with the customer service is an understatement. “My car began to overheat on my way to Virginia Beach where I work. Coming from Hampton, I was in a pretty sticky situation. I work just across the street from their Thoroughgood location. I gave them a call to see if they would have any availability in the near future. I spoke with a gentleman named Brian who listened to my situation and told me to bring it over so they could open her up and see what the problem was. Chris, the mechanic, did an amazing inspection over my whole car, down to the light bulbs. Communication was amazing throughout the day, prices were fair, and they even stayed late to make sure I was back on the road to home after my shift.I ONE HUNDRED percent recommend this team and will definitely be going to them for ALL my future automotive needs!”

Even though it was slotted for an hour, the team was able to complete all required work within 37 minutes.I waited as well, and there is free WiFi in the designated waiting area that is dressed rather nicely with water and coffee provided.Davis Car Care & Tire Center is a hidden gem for the Virginia Beach area and provides a mom & pop type of setting that lets you know and feel you’re going to be fine.Highly recommend giving them a call and bringing your vehicle in for service. Though passing inspection the master mechanic JB carefully went over a number of items that I would be needing in the near future.I agreed with each of his recommendations and asked when it could all be done. The manager Jennifer and JB said it would be timely but all could be done that day.JB showed me what he was doing at every step, not that it was expected but I was waiting anyway and impressed with his knowledge and skill.Exceptional work and excellent people, can't praise or recommend them enough.Jennifer was a pleasure to deal with and obviously knowledgeable about her business.”

“****Very professional and very prompt service****So on 19NOV23 , I noticed my rear right tire had a flat, and upon further inspection, there was a screw head sticking out the tread. I had called Tire Choice across, and the gentleman had no immediate openings. Seeing it was 1600 on a Sunday, I didn't expect anything available. However, he recommend to call their sister store across the street, in which I did. After talking to the man on the phone at Mr. Tire, he had said he could look at it right away. So I filled up the tire, packed my 3 girls into my small car, and raced over there. Long story, short Aiden and Eli (I believe that how you spell their names) were able to fix the flat at a VERY reasonable cost. I highly recommend this shop for emergent tire needs. Oh, and they do other stuff there too, so check em out. Thank you!!!”

It began to slowly leak & needed to be repaired properly from the inside of the tire. Robert, at Tire Choice (Nimmo Pkwy, was professional, honest & pleasant to deal with. Not only was the tire fixed properly it only took a few hours.”
