Customer service has become a complete joke at most of these office stores. This one is no exception. Don’t expect the staff for help with much, especially if you’re in a hurry. They clearly can’t be bothered. They certainly won’t interrupt their vital, personal conversations, screen time or meditations to see if you need help either.If you need printing service, in particular, you’re better off using the public library. Or better yet, support your local businesses instead and stop giving money to these big chains that keep hiring people who apparently resent working and their customers.

Rare customer service at its best. The cashier was knowledgeable, helpful and in encouraging me to know if why was an office depot, registered customer, I found out that I saved a few more pennies .
