My 85 year-old father and I frequently come here for mani pedis for "Daddy-Daughter" dates. We love the owners who not only do great work on my dad's hard as rock nails which are damaged from health issues, but they are friendly and kind as well. Locally owned and operated, I highly recommend

I have some health conditions that affect my nails. I have been to many different salons and have often been treated rudely when I try to explain to the manicurist that I really can’t have a lot of filing done to my nails. The salon was clean and inviting. As soon as I sat down, Sally made every effort to listen to me, and to make sure that she understood what I needed. she was very gentle and very kind and did an absolutely wonderful job on my nails. I’ve been looking for a great place to go for a long time and I’m so relieved that I finally found it. The price was more than reasonable, I did not have an appointment, and didn’t wait more than 15 minutes, and I was done in under an hour. Everything was perfect!

Clean, neat, professional, and thorough. It is best to make an appointment in advance. Lots of colors and styles to choose from. I'm a braider, so they were able to add to pointy pinky nails ? for me after my Pedicure.

I walked in and there was only one other customer. The lady of the shop refused to provide me service without an appointment. There are no signs that say appointment only anywhere. This is happening a lot at nail salons in this area.

My experience here was short lived. I’m from out of town and wanted to get my daughter and I a mani & pedi. As soon as I walked in, I was asked what did I want. I explained and then was told they “were busy and to next time schedule an appointment.” I walked out feeling annoyed. Most nail salons do take walk-ins. I felt he could have spoken to a potential customer a little less rudely even if the business did not have enough staff to work. Only one other customer was being served at the time and no other customers were waiting. No wonder there’s only 42 reviews now including mines. The business turns potential customers away if there’s no appointment made.

I thought I had a great experience with them until I saw that they charged my credit card TWICE for $100 for the same service (both charges went through). Now I have yo go through a lengthy process to file a dispute and I’d still have to wait for that money to be returned to me. Talk about “inconvenienced.”
