This is not the Norfolk Wire of old. Surprisingly, some common everyday use data and PC items like Display Port and VGA cables are not a regular stock item. The layout is flashier and more polished but the staff is stretched thin. They are so busy dealing with other aspects of the business that you are left to wander to find what you need if you can. Also you must now be a legal registered business entity to make purchases there. And you must have an account with ADI. ADI is destined to lose a lot of business to other entities, especially from the little guys. ADI only wants to sell to larger businesses with repeat business.

No longer allow counter sales without an account like Norfolk Wire use to. Big companies move in and things never get better, only worse.

Customer service was outstanding. I was welcome as soon as I enter the establishment. The Navy veteran at the counter that helped me was a prime example of why we should always honor our veterans. He gave 10 star service.

Great folks working the counter, wide range of items, fair prices. I will definitely continue to do business with them. Now, having said that . . . I'm giving only 3 stars because they don't offer all of the services the old Priest Caine location in Norfolk did; specifically if you needed a simple cable made up at Priest Caine, they'd do it while you waited. They don't do that at this location (and didn't ask or suggest where I could get what I needed made so I'll just have to call around until I find someone). So good service but less service . . .

Staff was exceedingly helpful, efficient, and thorough at both locations I went to. While one branch didn't have what I needed they were more than happy to help me find what branch near me would have the items I needed. Can't wait to have more great experiences in the future.

Maybe the worst customer service from Matt today. We bought the same part for a fast fiber connector. Half did not have the clear protection with them. We were told that's its only to protect the fiber. Really, wouldn't you want that. He had no solution except to try to sell use something that was to large for the cable. Never will I be back. They don't know what they are selling. Plus if you can wait it's all online for a fourth of they're price
