I have been a member over 28 years now. I'm a frequent customer at Providence road NFCU branch. They are all great staff. Especially the Branch manager is an outstanding customer service she provides.

I come in to make a transfer and the person that help me was rude I ask if I had any deposits pending and she started asking all kind of personal questions that had nothing to do with her job oriental lady I feel like customer service should be 1 and if you don't like your job go find something else ..

Banking is ok, Financing is terrible! I've been with NFCU for over 20 years and even with 4x income and decent credit I have never been approved for a loan with then. Don't waste your time!

This Navy Federal normally allows me to get in and out quickly.There was no one in line so i was done in 5 minutes. The person at the door greeted me and the teller was nice. They offer lines of credit, debit cards, mortgages, car loans, gift cards and etc. I like purchasing gift cards for birthdays and holidays because its free with no fees to use. That's definitely a plus. I've been a member a long time and my transactions normally are pretty smooth. You will find longer lines around the 1st and 15th. But its not to bad. The credit unions normally have very competitive interest rates and they sometimes offer you perks for referring others to open an account. Some businesses even offer discounts for being a member here. Check them out!!!

I was in the bank with my 2yr old baby counting my money after making a large withdrawal. When I noticed a agent get called to the booth, then she slowly walked over to me and asked what was I doing here ? When I explained that I just with-drawled my money and I bank here she then responded well we wanted to know why you were still here . I believe that is rude, and that I was discriminated against. Mind you had my state work uniform on and all so I definitely didn’t come off as any threat.
