Customer service in Salisbury MD is horrible. Wont even try to do the job needed. I ask for someone to analyze and mix a custom paint color that has no paint code. said they couldnt bring camera out because it couldnt get wet in the rain. IT WAS NOT RAINING. And after telling the guy many times it is a custom color on a 70 pickup he still told me to call the dealer and get a paint code. I thought that was horrible customer service. They never tried and acyed like I was a problem. NCS will not have me a a problem again.

The staff was very friendly and polite. They were knowledgeable and answered all my questions without hesitation.

What happened to the store in Kingsport Tn? It has been there more than 30 years and now it is gone. It was a great store but now it not open and no reason given?

I bought paint from here once before and on my second visit I will never give them business again. The women at the front are rude and unhelpful and make the entire atmosphere unwelcoming. If you want quality paint from quality people go to Sherman Williams.

This place is a joke the store in Tempe Arizona has gone down hill.... I've been buying from them for over ten years . The manager closes down the store @4-4:30 daily even though the sign says 5..... good luck dealing with this place if your a jobber better luck going somewhere else too many many issues here to list with new management and upper management after all of the years of going to this store and spending hundreds of thousands of dollars throughout the years I've been banned by manager Michael Breedlove and his boss Jon Sturino for pointing out issues with customer service and flat out bad business practices..... previous staff and management in all previous years have never been this unorganized and unprofessional

WE NEVER see our salesman he makes sure to drop off our order when we are out to lunch every time we order. Have never seen any new products or products on sale?

I have had the pleasure of Chris Wilson out of Wichita, KS be my NCS rep for the better of 7 years now and I can't say enough good things about him. He's prompt with ordering supplies, and 9/10 he can answer any question I throw at him. The other time he has the answer within the hour. He's a great guy and it's always a friendly experience when he comes to the shop.

I went to the location to purchase paint for an antique I am painting. I wanted something good quality. The manager and assistant manager explained the difference in quality between the economic line (which is what I initially intended on buying) and the higher end lines. I decided to go with a line that was "middle of the road" paint with a high gloss clear and I am more than pleased! I will definitely be bringing my business back to this location along with everyone else I know!
