Incredible experience! This is basically the only place that lets you play and manipulate strollers and car seats anymore. Getting that hands on experience was invaluable. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They provided all the information I needed to make a decision and followed up with answers to questions in a timely way. I truly recommend this store for any needs you may have-the staff made this buying experience easy and helped me feel informed and confident in my choices!

Mom and Me is the best baby/children/mom boutique in Hampton Roads! The customer service is always exceptional. Lisa is always super friendly, welcoming and helpful. They carry beautiful seasonal pieces for the whole family for matching outfits and special occasions/photos which I love. It’s so easy to navigate the store because it’s organized so nicely. They carry all the best brand name baby equipment as well, which is super nice to test out in the store.
I rarely leave reviews, but I recently had a bad experience at another baby/kids boutique close by… I then realized how exceptional the service is at Mom and Me and how I ALWAYS have a pleasant time there! Thank you Lisa and staff for making EVERY customer feel welcome and important!

This is a super cute littles store with some matching adult clothing. I love the PJs and dresses for mom and me to match with your little. So cute.
They also have some baby accessories and a very large selection of strollers inside all spread out so you can see them for size and compare them to one another (out of boxes). This is nice bc it's hard to know which one is best for you when shopping online sight unseen.
The staff inside were nice and immediately greeted and offered me help.
I'm sure I'll be coming in here for some special occasion outfits for me little and me over the years as she grows.

Cannot say enough great things about this small business! In particular, I worked with Lisa several times while trying to decide on the stroller/car seat combo I wanted as a first time mom. Lisa spent one on one time with me, answering my questions, and helping me when I came in three separate times before making my final decision to get the Triv Nexxt and Pipa RX. Thank you for all your help!

Luisa was so professional and knowledgeable during our first time experience at Mom and Me in Virginia Beach. The store was immaculate and well organized. The products were 1st class level and very trendy. Luisa made the visit that much more memorable and we will definitely be recommending to other travelers and shopping online when we get back to San Diego Ca.

My wife and I went here previously to check out strollers and they didn’t pressure us to buy anything. We came back in today for a baby shower dress and the store manager, Lisa, assisted us. She was very kind, patient, and helpful. There’s not many options for maternity clothing in town, this is a slightly elevated price point, but hands down worth it in the quality of both product and customer service.

This boutique was amazing! I stopped in on vacation since I have a hard time finding maternity clothes and the options were great! Lisa was so helpful and so sweet, she made the experience feel so personal and special. I walked out with so many cute options for pregnancy and postpartum. Highly recommended this beautiful store!

So glad, appreciative, excited…all the other good words and feelings out there, that my husband and I decided to come to Mom & Me. We walked in not really knowing what we wanted or what we needed but left with such confidence and satisfaction. We were taken care of by Lisa who knew all things baby and helped us make a decision that we are sure we won’t regret. So, thank you Lisa ! I am so relieved that we decided to come there. I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Mom &Me and had an experience that exceeded all my expectations. Not only did they offer a stunning collection of unique items, but their customer service truly stands out.After placing my order, I was eagerly anticipating its arrival. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, UPS delayed the delivery. I reached out to the boutique to inform them of the issue, and I was blown away by their response. Without hesitation, they promptly refunded my shipping costs and apologized for the inconvenience, even though the delay was entirely out of their control.Their swift and considerate action demonstrated a level of care and professionalism that is rare to find. It's clear that they value their customers and strive to provide the best possible shopping experience. I absolutely love Mom & Me! From the cute clothes and baby gear and products to the incredibly friendly employees!! I’ve been going there for over a year now and it just keeps getting better! They treat you like friends and are so helpful (especially when you are indecisive like myself!) I’ll be a customer for life honestly!
