Jose was very helpful. He addressed my needs and relieved my stress. When you have children a phone is a must. Thanks again Jose. I will continue to go to this location because the customer service is awesome.

I went in today in hopes of an upgrade. Got some good advice, but for the kind of customer that my family is, I couldn't Even get a phone call to go through. I totally adore Jose and I trust him to always to do me right, but some of his staff not so much.
