The store is clean, the staff is pleasant and this is the place if you like retro or hard to find shoes. on top of that, both times I received excellent suggestions from the staff. “Went to Buckle for the first time today, I’ve never shopped in this store or any other location before. I needed some new clothes to freshen up my wardrobe. I saw a shirt I liked on the mannequin and an employee named Ashley came up to me to see if I needed assistance. I haven’t had a great experience shopping for clothing the last few years after having a baby and Ashley made me feel great and the shopping trip even better. I ended up leaving with several cute shirts that I probably wouldn’t have even picked up off the rack. Thanks for a great trip and confidence booster!”

“Today I went into Kohl’s to purchase a bottle of perfume. I was there for about 15 minutes as there were associates at the register talking to one another. Not one associate in Sephora asked me if I needed any help. I left the store, and decided to called Kohl’s from the parking lot as I asked to speak to a manager. I was transferred to Jamie who is the manager. He was extremely nice on the phone. He advised me to come back in the store and he will make sure that I am taken care of. I met Jamie, and it was a pleasure! I purchased my perfume, and I received a curtesy discount.
