“We were from out of town and needed to rent a wheelchair for the day. Despite the bad reviews I decided to give it a shot and was pleasantly surprised. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about wheelchairs and recommended the right one for our needs. The only thing that could have been better was a more modernized rental process. The current process involves paper, pen, copy machine and waiting while all of your information is manually single finger typed into their computer.”

“Very good service and this is not an easy environment-- clarifying things with doctors; negotiating with insurance companies. Stephanie, Jill and Christiana have been great. Christiana even called us on a Saturday, knowing about an insurance appeal we were concerned about (that she got involved with and helped resolve). My only suggestion would be: more followup once the custom compression stockings come in-- going over the tips that might help with getting them on more easily.”

“I’m new to CPAP, but I’ve made appts and then gone in to select a different mask 3 times. I’ve always left a message and have been called back, including needing help adjusting the humidity level. So far, they’ve been prompt and very courteous. The office spaces aren’t the nicest, but the people who work there have been pleasant and helpful.”
