Seen Roy today. I’ve been feverishly researching for hours daily for over a month doing my due diligence to try to ensure I select the best mattress possible for me. I had narrowed it down to about four to five. Roy offered to do the sleep study that mattress firm does and it came up with my top selected mattress. Roy made me an offer I couldn’t refuse on the beautyrest black series three firm king sized, even though I was putting off buying a mattress for another month. I bought today and it’ll be delivered in about 35 hours, yes I’m doing a countdown. Roy was informative and without high pressure. Overall a good experience. Here’s to hoping I love my new mattress!!!!

I had a wonderful experience. I stopped at the Virginia Beach location and was assisted with great customer service. I purchased a King size mattress along with an adjustable base. The gentleman that assisted me was a subject matter expert on all of the products that I wanted to experience. Thanks alot and I will be soon to make additional purchases.
