Had the most wonderful time and was so happy with how my pedicure and gel manicure came out.
Stylist: Lucky did an amazing job, he was so sweet and did the most beautiful flower on my toe nails and gorgeous cheetah print French tip.

Went in for a gel set and pedicure left with nicks. I did not catch the woman’s name who did my pedicure, but she literally was trying to take my skin off when she was cutting my cuticles. I have 5 nicks on my toes and she used some tool under my toenails and now they burn. I went right when they opened and I’m glad I did I got to see all of the unsanitary stuff going on. The girl had a cart with containers that were opened and I was the first customer so you know that was from yesterday. Tools all pilled up in a bucket and made me scared that I may get an infection. Salons are supposed to have individual packaged tools I have never seen this before. I will not be going back it was a poor pedicure and chemical based with blue tabs which dry your skin out. Terrible pedicure and my feet look awful and she knew she was wrong for everything no comp or nothing. That’s ok I definitely did not tip her I went 8/4/24 at 10am she had on a green sleeveless top and a skirt.

Set an appt online for a manicure listed on their services. I arrived at my appt time and the manager/owner (?) greeted me and was unaware of my appt but then said she would get a tech to do my manicure. She then asked what service I wanted and I said an ombre gel dip manicure and she seemed to be struggling to find a way to avoid telling me she didn’t have someone who knew how to do that. She had me sit down and wait which I politely. 20 minutes passed and she again approached and asked if I would instead want a solid color gel dip and I said no, I had made my appt for an ombre gel dip and that is what I want. She tried to make me feel it was my fault for the wait but I had made an appt for this exact service and the appt was confirmed via 2 texts. She told me to keep waiting which I was. Finally I gave up after 40 minutes and left and no one even tried to stop me.

Always lovely coming to this salon. I have been going to Hailey for 5 years now. She is amazing with her designs and attention to detail. Always a relaxing environment to come to when visiting Va Beach!
Updated review: another great pedicure with Hailey, Sally, & Lucky. They did an excellent job~ as always~ and fit us in at the last minute which made our girls trip memorable! Hailey did an excellent job with my mom who was having her first pedi! Lucky is great with designs! Thank you Hailey, Sally and Lucky!!

I did a nail polish change for $18 and I could have painted my toes better than she did. I had to go home and clean up my nails because it looks like a child painted them. They aren't very nice here. They badger you into getting something else and I told them 4 or 5 times that I only wanted my toes painted. It should be more about customer service than making money. I would not recommend them.
Now after a week of having the nail polish on my toes, the nail polish is turning blue. So I wasted $18 and now I have to redo my toes. Don't waste your money going here.

They were so quick and nice. The salon is very clean and quiet. The lady did a fill for me and helped me pick out a pink neutral shade. I came here by chance but will definitely will be coming back here from now on.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!!!! My wife and I walked in and I swear, this was the best pedicure and leg massage we have ever had. From the hot stones that were used on our legs, to the extra attention that you simply do not get elsewhere, our nail techs (Lucky & Ping) far exceeded our expectations!!!
We will definitely be back again, and more often too! Five Stars for sure!!!!!! 10/10 HiGHLY RECOMMEND!

Had an excellent, very relaxing pedicure! Very thorough, and didn’t rush through the job. Went here several times before but switched to another place be closer to home BUT coming back due to how great their services are, despite the travel distance. Try it here, you will totally enjoy your services.
