Great people. Nice family business.
When to have my rings resized and they were done in about 24 hours. The ladies who work there are lovely. The rings look gorgeous and there’s no sign of them being altered at all. I’m so glad I went here! I’ll definitely go back for any other jewelry needs.

I visited Long Jewelers on Great Neck Road for the 1st time on Monday. Louise helped me and went well beyond any customer service I've experienced in a long time. She was kind, personable, knowledgeable and took care of all three of my jewelry repair request immediately. Unbelievable! This is where the locals shop for real jewelry and if you are from out of town and would like to bring home something special I would recommend stopping in to Long Jewelers on Shore Drive. The pricing is reasonable the customer service is excellent and they have some beautiful jewelry and they even designed a special bracelet that depicts all the things of Virginia Beach. I have been a client of their for 30 years.
