I received a letter from Lexus Customer Support Program advising that if "Master Warning Light" (or another specified four warning lights) come on on my LS-460 "please contact any authorized Lexus dealer and make arrangements for diagnosis and if applicable, repair". At least two of these lights came on on two separate occasions so I made an appointment at Priority Lexus at 7:30, 3 Jan. Upon arrival I spoke with Mike Larson who informed me that Priority Lexus would charge $190.00 to diagnose issue to determine if I had a problem. I was responding to the Lexus Customer Support Program identifying a possible break issue so I couldn't understand why I would be charged to diagnose since the active warning lights as described in letter prompted the visitAfter driving Lexus vehicles since 2002, I have never been so disappointed in the Lexus and the Priority Lexus dealership.

I have been going to Lexus Virginia Beach service department for the last three years. I stay on top of all my maintenance requirements. For the most part I have received outstanding customer service; especially from Brian, Matt and Corbett. I had my SUV serviced by Mike last week and the service was not good at all. I hope this was the result of having a bad day. He was very condescending and unprofessional. I wanted him to explain how my brake pads are like brand new but need rotors. That didn't make sense to me. I explained how I have never had my pads replaced and all of my services requirements were done at this facility. He went on to say I must be the best driver in the world to have brake pads that good. I received that as if he was calling me a liar. That is not how you speak to customers. I have every receipt spent on my 2021 SUV and they are all from Priority Lexus. I actually asked them to check my brakes this time because I was going on a road trip. I declined the brake service that day because I needed clarity on the brake situation. I am very concerned about this because I was just there two months earlier and my report stated pads and rotors were fine. I could take my vehicle anywhere to get serviced but I made a conscious decision to take it to the dealer since they are the Lexus subject matter experts. I just want to be ensured I am getting the service I am paying for and not just checking a box.

Found a very nice 2013 used Lexus. Drove 6 hours to purchase car. Cameron the salesman was absolutely the best, as was the other people at the dealership. The only two issues was, granted it was a used car is the door lock was not working, I had the key fob in my pocket. It is a very expensive repair. The tire pressure sensor quit working. And the clock did not work. But that is no big deal, I would have thought service inspection would have noticed the lock.I definitely recommend the dealer and Cameron as a salesman.

Bought a part cash just to find out I didn't need it so I went to return. Was informed they don't refund cash back and that it would be a check that would take anywhere from 1-2 weeks to get sent to me. Just a fyi for anyone that's looking to purchase a part. I won't be returning

Came in to order some parts. All is well but the parking lot is cramped. Had to park off into the street for 15mins. Time was around 12pm

We recently placed an order for a new SUV NX 350h and was charged an additional $5000.00. It was explained that this was the business practice because of the lack of inventory due to the economic situation we are living with at this time. After a few days, this business practice does not "sit" well with us. Especially, since other Priority dealerships are not enforcing this business practice. I've reached out to the dealership and trying to get in contact with the owner, Dennis Ellmer. Hopefully, this matter will be resolved.

Just had my RC serviced at Priority Lexus of Virginia Beach. The service representative ( Wayne ) took care of us today. My RC came back serviced to the standard that one would expect from a Lexus Service Department! Maintenance interval was taken care of in an effective and timely manner! Their Military discount was awesome as well!

I cannot complain. My mother has been coming to this location for years now and her buying experiences as well as service has always been stellar. Hence - she is a repeated customer.Although, I have not made a purchase, I have accompanied her every time she visited. Now she has dealt with several salespersons over the years and that is due to retirement or transfers. But even still, the process each time has been smooth. This most recent visit, the salesperson, Tony Ricco, he is awesome! She has worked with him over the past five years and he has always been a pleasure.I cannot recall the other departments we visited, but after speaking with the salesperson, we sat with another gentleman and a lady and both were pleasant to work with as well.Just based on the longevity of 10+ years as a customer, I would say this place is somewhere to look into if you are interested in purchasing a vehicle.Just recently, Charles Barker Lexus has become part of the Priority family - more perks I understand, but IMO still the great level of customer service. No snacks in the waiting area, but hot beverages are available.Check them out in case you are interested. And if you do not see anything on the lot that interests you, speak to someone and let them know your interest, the vehicle you are interested can possibly be ordered.Be safe ~ have fun ~ enjoy life!

After being lied to and low balled by other dealerships, this turned into the best car buying experience I've done in 30 years of buying cars. Great experience. Bill Scudder was honest with me during the entire process. I would recommend them to anybody.

On the 29th of Jan 2022 I took my vehicle into find out why my back window would not go up or down. I took it into the Lexus service department in Virginia Beach and they stated the the door needed to be repaired for ********* I then took my vehicle to a street mechanic and found out that they never looked at my vehicle AT ALL. The street mechanic charged me ******* and did not replace one part on the door simply placed the window back into it's track and it began working. Invoice No: XXXXXX / After speaking with management and technician they stated that the price that they quoted was a suggested cost of the repairs. They also stated that they DID take the door panel and the weather shield off but there was NO evidence of that when the street Mechanic was making the repair. (I did ask him if there was any evidence of the door being looked at and he stated, NO! I should have took a picture, unfortunately I did NOT). I have lost my complete faith of this location and their Service Department. I have called the overall sales manager twice and left a message and voicemail.

**BEWARE** On the 29th of Jan 22 I took my vehicle in to find out why my back window would not go up or down. I took it in to the Lexus service department in Virginia Beach and they stated the the door needed to be repaired for $3757.22. I then took my vehicle to a street mechanic. The street mechanic after taking the door panel off still had to remove the vapor barrier. **I asked him directly if there was any way the Lexus service technician could have properly evaluated this door without removing the vapor barrier, He stated NO.** The street mechanic charged me $100.00 and did not replace one part on the door simply placed the window back into it's track and it began working. Please know that I have lost my complete and utter faith in the Priority Lexus Service department in Virginia Beach, VA. Because the Service Manager called me with his Lead technician and they spoke with me, does not take away from the fact that they both could be telling an untruth, It is my word against theirs and I have no photos to prove otherwise.
