Terrible people that work there. Do not trust that you will get good service - plainly said, just do not trust this company. Employees are terrible especially the counting department.

So I had a tempur-pedic for years and I slept on a Leesa at my friend's house. When it was time for a new mattress, I went with Leesa instead of dropping 5k for a tempur-pedic. I got the classic mattress, and it is way more comfortable than my old one for a fraction of the price. I called customer service because I had some questions and I was speaking to live help in no time and they were incredibly friendly and efficient. Even during COVID, ordering and receiving my new mattress took no time at all and I'm sleeping amazing!

I purchased a king Leesa mattress in late April of 2017. Within eighteen months, it had started to sag terribly in the middle. I am a small woman - 5'4", no more than 120 lbs. This kind of disintegration is pretty remarkable. I did not and have not used my mattress in any way other than what it was made for: sleep. I rotated it religiously. Still, it sagged. I contacted Leesa via their online support system in late June 2019 and said: look, this is a problem. I've had a LOT of trouble actually getting them to respond, but when I did they asked for photos of something like 5 different set ups of my bed. I did what I could: I did their broom-across-the-mattress to show the indentation. It's pretty noticeable. It's very clear. What I am NOT able to do is rip apart my bed to show them the structure underneath. Nowhere on Leesa's website does it say I am obligated to use only a certain type of structure lest I void my warranty; this kind of effort on MY, the customer's, part is beyond unnecessary. A mattress company should be able to send people over to handle this for me; the problem is your product. The burden should be on YOU, Leesa. And I certainly do not want a replacement of this same junky mattress. I am pretty disgusted with Leesa's lack of effort to make this right. Top it all off? When I FIRST received the mattress? It had a ripped cover. It took nearly a month for them to send a replacement. And their reviews on their site? They don't let you write them after a few weeks of ownership -- links to write expire.

I was looking for a new mattress and had narrowed it down to either Leesa or Casper. Since Leesa had a showroom where I could test out the mattress before I bought it, I headed down to the Oceanfront to check it out. I was one of two patrons in the showroom that day, and the woman there was super nice. She showed me the difference between the Leesa mattress and their newer Sapira, and then told me to take my time and lie down on both as long as I liked. Having experienced the high-pressure sales environment of other mattress stores, I was very happy to relax and stretch out on both mattresses for a little while. The Sapira was more immediately comfortable, but I wasn't looking for another mattress with innersprings and it was double the price of the Leesa. I asked about their return policy and the length of the sale (this was between Black Friday and Christmas) and she let me know that I had some time to think about it, gave me her card, and I left without any overt pressure to buy anything. That's the kind of store I like, and I did purchase the Leesa mattress and foundation and am in the process of breaking it in. VERY pleased so far, and more than pleased with the relaxed atmosphere of the showroom.

My husband and I were driving past your Virginia Beach showroom when, on a whim, we decided to stop and 'check out' your mattress. Unable to find a place to park, we were heading out of the parking lot when Jamie Diamonstein exited a friend's car and waved us into his front door reserved parking spot. Off to a great start Jamie! It only gets better. Jamie, one of the company's co-founders, walked us into the building, unlocked the closed showroom, and gave us a personal 45 minute introduction to the Leesa company. Amazing! Besides showing us the mattresses of course, Jamie shared with us the company's history, philosophies, aspirations, and most importantly to me, its drive to make a significant positive social impact both nationally and locally. Truly a company with heart. With the walls covered by art created by patrons of the local homeless shelter and the company's most recent mattress cover inspired by one of those pieces of art, how could we not purchase a mattress from this amazing company? Jamie sent us off with a handshake, a referral to a local oyster bar, and his business card with his personal cell phone number in case we had further questions. Impressive to say the least! All progressive US companies could do no better than to use the Leesa model as their guide. We of course bought a mattress. It is as described in the five star reviews...comfortable, adjusting to the body, cool of temperature, and gives a full night's sleep.
