Package(s) delivered to Apartment front door instead of being delivered to the mailroom where courier can deliver package. Photo of picture was received but unfortunately due to the lack of follow through both packages were stolen. DO BETTER!

Package says it was delivered about 5pm. I was home the entire time, it’s 9pm still no package. Like where is my package.

Yall need to hire better drivers!!! Especially the one driving this van!!! Many complaints in a FB group with this same dude. Driving fast in residential neighborhoods. He pulled out in front of me and kept acting like a fool. Stopping. Driving down the middle of the road. Etc. DO BETTER!!!! He is lucky he ended uo getting back into his van because the cops were called on him as well for harassment and crazy driving.

Package delivered today at 3:13 pm, was delivered to wrong person/address! The package to be delivered was approximately 40 lbs, the one delivered was about 6 lbs. The one delivered was supposed to go to Newport News, our package was supposed to be delivered to Chesapeake...WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE!!! I DON'T THINK YOU DESERVE EVEN 1 STAR !!!

Like many, I was at first concerned by the reviews, but I had a pretty good experience. I was ordering from REI, which has used other similar carriers in the past but they have always come through for me. The delivery was fast and accurate. Would I rather have UPS, probably, but mostly because they are a better known entity. But I really can't complain.

This facility is a joke. I know I can’t control whenever I purchase something from a manufacturer and they use laser ship, but there have been numerous times where my packages have become missing. Meaning, most likely the delivery driver stole them. Of course, laser ship will never respond to anybody’s reviews and try to help the situation. I don’t understand how they are still in business. I just purchased something last week and now LaserShip is telling me that they are not able to find my package after stating that it was delivered.

Straight thieves…. Blue dodge caravan will steal your products and re-tape the box! He delivers in Moyock and Camden NC so BEWARE!!!!!!!

Awful. They lost my package before Christmas but didn't notify me at all. I had to check the tracking info to see that there was an issue with delivery, but the instructions made no sense. I filled out the customer service form on their website but received no response after several days. So I found their customer service chat and was basically told, "We don't know where it is. Sorry." Thankfully it was a Patagonia order, so the customer service at Patagonia were quick to rectify the situation and I made sure they shipped it UPS.

This rating is really a big fat ZERO!! Supposedly package was delivered per porch photo as proof. Porch was not even mine or in my neighborhood. My address is 16 and the photo showed 40. There's not a 40 in my neighborhood. So where's my package? Hope someone enjoys these VS items cuz my family member will not be getting a gift. Difficult contacting company, have to email or chat with no resolution! Still waiting for an answer!
