One word. Horrible.
Said they inspected the truck and everything runs great, but gave me a f’ed up truck!
Should’ve gotten it pre inspected before I bought it. 2 months in I need new breaks, rotors, and wheel bearings. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. They lied about everything and just wanted the sale. Leabeee my lesson now I have to pay out of pocket an additional $1,500. Never again worst experience buying a truck.

Great Experience! I walked in on a Saturday afternoon and they were extremely helpful every step of the way. I was from out of state and they helped me tremendously with all those steps. No complaints. Very delightful transaction.

Mike went above and beyond to get the deal done for me. I had a lot of financial hurdles to clear and everyone there did a lot more than I expected to help me out. Having been turned away by multiple dealerships, this one accepted me and was very willing to do everything in their power to make it work.

Very military friendly emailed me the car fax and showed it to me again while I was there.
Had the car I wanted ready for a test and walked me through the whole process as a first time car buyer!!!!

Marina. very rude. Told the car is to much for me to buy. Told me to find a military man to co sign, to close my account and bring my credit up. Is that some sort of fraud?Not that it matters but be careful here

LA Auto Star is wonderful. I worked with Mike about a vehicle I was interested in and he was super accommodating. He scheduled video calls and answered my seemingly endless questions about the vehicle. They were never pushy and always exercised patience with me. Based on their commitment to responding to reviews, I had a feeling that these guys valued professionalism and it shows. I strongly recommend them for your next car.

Great dealership. Flew in from Kentucky to buy a 20+ year old BMW. Team at LA sent me lots of pictures and video before I flew out. Mike even took the time to learn how to do a dash light test for me, and send video, at my request. Mike picked me up from the airport which was much appreciated. I had some title issues at my local dmv that LA made themselves more than available to assist with.
Car appeared well maintained from the PO. LA took care of some oil leaks prior to selling, happy with the mechanical condition given the age. Interior could have been better detailed prior to sale.
Overall a great experience with the dealer and after sales support.

Everyone at LA Auto Star has been so pleasant, patient and compassionate. They are very sympathetic to their customers needs. They have been willing to go the extra mile to help me after purchasing a vehicle and even when I was frantic they helped calm me down and make the best possible decision to benefit my situation. I bought my Wihibago Realta sight unseen following a phone conversation with Mike. I had seen the pics on line and listened to the description and comments Mike had with me. So I flew from Columbia SC to Virginia Beach, Mike picked me up at the airport and we had further conversation as I had many questions. The dealership has an A plus BBB rating and great customer service. Needless to say, I'm now a happy camper! ,
