Please hire more people for the deli counter. It’s not even worth the time to place an order here. You’ll easily spend more time waiting for your delivery meat than you’ll spend in the rest of your shopping trip. Today the lady behind the counter told me there were several orders in front of me, but there is no actual way for me to place an order myself. My family eats a lot of sandwiches over the summer and I have stopped coming to this Kroger entirely because the deli is so badly managed.

Tuesday 6/18/24. Went to Kroger this afternoon for a Bota Box (raised $2), a 6-pk of Steel Reserve (up $1.50) and some Devour frozen meals ($2 over the store across the street). I crossed the street.

Since when did kroger ask for a picture i.d. when returning a merchandise with a receipt that's within 10 days? The rep said, "because the price is too high. Low price returns with a valid receipt are still a RETURN explain THE DIFFERENCE, please. Thanks!.

I love Kroger, but not JALON at your providence store, he is a VERY RUDE man. He lack good manners. I asked him if he can talk and say “hello” to me. He shouldn’t be assigned at the front desk and embarrass the supervisor who trained him and Kroger as a whole. He does not know the store policy, he easily turns people away. He does not want to be there, he just wants his paycheck. Laurence helped me, he’s a very nice people-person and Kroger employee, he should be at the front desk.

Been to krogers all over Virginia beach and in out of town. It seems that the kroger reps at the front desk are very ill-mannered , and unprofessional. It looks like they take out their frustrations on their jobs to customers. They are not happy with their jobs, so why don't they quit instead of ruining the name of Kroger. I avoid Krogers at all cost, just so happen that I was passing by and I stopped to exchange an item my daughter bought for me.
Today Betty at the front desk didn't want to be there, she was very rude at communicating with customers. She's not a people person, makes you wonder how kroger gave her the job to represent the company, at the front desk. She doesn't deserve to be seen by your customers, she deserves to work in the stock room. She thinks kroger owes her a debt of gratitude by working there. She's entitled

Love Kroger!! Great selection of products and fresh produce. Like that they have enough people at registers so I don’t have to check myself out. Only complaint, the men that work the fresh meat and seafood counter always seem irritated by customers. Sometimes I prefer going to the Kroger on Frederick Blvd for my meat and seafood because the staff there are very friendly and willing to help.

Usually, the experience is good at this location. However, today was off-putting. It is called SELF check-out. That means, more than likely the customer isn't looking for conversation and wants to get in & out of the store quickly. If you continue to badger the customer after they don't respond, that is HARASSMENT. If you continue to carry on a conversation with YOURSELF, that is a sign you may need a mental evaluation. The employees who conduct themselves this way, all seem to have one thing in common. The next time I experience this, I may contact management. You people are ridiculous. If you greet someone and they don't respond, MOVE ON. Harrasing people doesnt not make the company money. Assisting customers who ASKED for help and ensuring all items are properly purchased does.
