The ladies room in this store is filthy. The floor in the room and haul have not been cleaned in months. The door is filthy. Who is the manager of this store and what in the world is he/her doing.

Tuesday, 6-18-2024. The freezer is obviously having problems and the food in these two sections rattles with ice crystals inside the packages! If it’s been thawed and then frozen again…repeatedly is it really safe to sell or eat?

Update 3/11/24; Please put away ypur trucks in a tinely manner. This is the second time! See pics below. A lot of bad produce! Some of these Ore-Ida fries on sale this week for $2.99 are trash! They have been defrosted and refrozen!! All weekly ad items, digital coupon or not, are NOT scanning for sale ad prices and this is consistently EVERY week!!! Will be returning with receipt and product!

The disrespect at the flower department in Kroger was horrible. First, the workers there are very racist... they DO NOT know how to work under pressure what so ever. I was picking up flowers for a customer and I waited in my car for a while because it was too packed inside. I went back in just to see if the customer order was ready. When I asked if the order was ready the worker respond with an attitude. Which completely threw me off guard and one thing about me I don't let people disrespect me. I'm at USMC veteran and I know all about the work place and respecting others. Overall, the workers were clearly overwhelmed and they were taking it out on the dash and Uber delivery people and on top of that. There was a young lady(dasher) waiting patiently with her baby and when she asked about her order, the worker had an attitude. I will be taking this matter corporate.

Apparently their sushi bar no longer takes sushi orders even though they've been taking them for the past 6 or so weeks I've been coming here for lunch. Honestly just seemed like the guy just didn't want to make anything, he seemed more preoccupied with charging his phone and getting his headphones.

There was a middle aged woman that rode her bicycle here bought bratwurstwas on live in store talking about the penetration she was going to do with said Bratwurst she stunk of alcohol talking about a “ Love potion “ drink hack she was making for a king cobra idk she’s off her rocker and was eyeballing my underage son as well apparently her name is Jessica Boyle beware

The Holland location is garbage. No one at the registers, just a long line of customers. Freezer doors are standing open, no one nearby. Dirty self check out stations. I used to like this place, not anymore. ?
