The people are great...but self checkout ruins it. EVERY SINGLE TIME...I have to stop and wait for a clerk to come watch a video of me NOT STEALING after they've watched me scan everything. Soon as I'm ready to pay they've gone to help the other customers with the SAME ISSUE.

My wife & I love Kroger Grocery but the Pharmacy Department in this Kroger is by far the absolute Best! Incredible Pharmacists -& Techs! My wife has been through multiple health issues & This place has been here for us like no other! Thank you for treating Us like Family!!!

One regular register open during peak hours. One whole section of self check out closed at the same time. Otherwise decent store.

It's my second visit to this location and my wife loves it lol. She love the deals you have and always a happy thing when your wife finds a place to shop for the family. I think this is her spot now lol

As a loyal Kroger customer its problem when your shopping and a number of the sale signs are out of date. Then when you go to the customer service center to ask them to honor the price shown they make you feel like your doing something wrong. First she is pointing out what is in the add to argue with me. Instead of saying sorry for the issue, let me go check the price shown. You know I would love to have been charged correctly so I could leave instead of having to argue because they haven't done their job. Another employee came up and was very nice she went and took a picture of the price shown. Then the first customer service lady wants to keep arguing so she goes from my wife to the girl checking the price.
Finally the nice customer service lady handles the problem. Then while she doing the correction she telling me how the two people that do the price changes were out and there is a number things incorrect out there. To me price changes that are posted should be correct and when you know there is a problem don't argue with your customers when they expect to be charged the price you show. .

Staff are always helpful when needed. Place is usually very clean. Very very busy store in the afternoon, I tend to avoid this place during these times as the lines get huge here. Wish they'd clean up the store more often tho, it's definitely showing the apathy lately.

Very clean store with the most cheerful staff that is always helpful and willing to go the extra mile for a satisfied customer. The prices or comparable to other big name food stores but Kroger has more sale items than the others do.

I love the store nice and clean. You can find what you are looking for for sure.
It is a little higher price store. But I usually only go for items I cannot find in other stores and when I don't want to drive to Wegmans.
