Julio is an absolutely outstanding employee at the pharmacy. He remembers literally everyone (it’s magical) and he is so helpful every single time. Prices are also substantially better than CVS or Walgreens for the exact same prescriptions with GoodRX, and service+responsiveness of employees and prescription notifications is an order of magnitude better than those big enterprises.

This is a great pharmacy! Staff is friendly and extremely helpful. We fill a lot of prescriptions and our insurance isn't the greatest but the staff is always trying to make sure we get the best price. We mainly deal with Joe and Julio and I can't say enough about how great they are. We keep most of our prescriptions here because of them.

This use to be a great pharmacy but now its done a 180! I struggle to only give them a 2 star. I didnt have any amazing experiences but not any that were bad either. The last 6 months though, my goodness! Takes weeks to fill every prescription…. No joke weeks! My last 5 prescriptions literally weren’t filled for 14-17 days. Not only that I was told my an associate multiple times that my prescription was ready and I go out of my way for it not to be ready! I really dont know what to say… I transferred all my prescriptions to Coastal Pharmacy and ive never been happier!

Filled my prescription I didn't have insurance so they deleted the order. Came up after l work because it was supposed be ready at 11 am and now I got to wait. Time is money's we make appointments and call ahead but the automated service and text service is sub par. Needs way improvement. I'll just take my prescription to another location.

Kroger would not fill my prescription until my doctors office signed a waiver. My doctor has never had to fill one out for a pharmacy before anywhere! Doctor asked Kroger for the blank waiver and Kroger said the doctor should have it! What a freaking mess! This was after I made a special trip to get a paper prescription from my doctor and still after several phone calls it was not filled.Back to Walgreens who have never failed me yet.Bummed!!!

New female staff member is very slow at her job and doesn't actively listen to customers. I try to always go when Julio is there because he is fantastic and does the job quickly and efficiently.
