Depends on the day... some days you get someone nice and willing to help other days... not so much. I'll pay more and switch to a different pharmacy just to have a consistently pleasant interaction

I shop here frequently. Never had an issue. ALWAYS kind people, GREAT service. Today was different. I had shopped yesterday and purchased the wrong item. Light, instead of regular, miracle whip. All I wanted to do was exchange it. It had not been opened. The lady in customer service was rude from the beginning. "Where was my receipt? As she was looking for the expiration date, she asked did I know where it was on the jar?" As if I was exchanging an old outdated item. As I walked to pick up the item I needed to exchange, and purchase a few things, I was more put off by her crummy and accusing tone. I mean seriously, what was I trying to accomplish? Steal something by exchanging it? When I told her I just went ahead and paid for it and that I really didn't care for her accusing tone... she actually argued with me; from behind the desk! WOW.

This Kroger is conveniently located in the Providence Square Shopping area. The bakery is full of bread and deserts. There's fresh meat and seafood section for the home cook. The Floral area has rows of bouquets ready for that special person. The store is laid out well and quite clean

I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy. I called to find out if the medication I take was in stock. The lady asked me for my name so I gave it to her, then she said "yeah you don't have anything here". I said I know I'm looking for medication and I'm finding out if it's in stock somewhere and told her what the medication was, and she said "we don't have it". I then asked her "Don't you need to check to see if you're out of stock?" she then put me on hold, when she got back on the phone she said "we don't give that information over the phone". I don't know if you've ever tried to find prescription medication but that's what the phone is for, so that you can call and find out things like that. Seems like someone doesn't like their job. So I guess the customers just get the shaft on the day she's working. It's nice to know how much they don't care.

Just left this place. The most rude pharmacist that I have ever witnessed. I needed insulin and my lantus pen broke. They refused to replace it and also refused to fill a new one.

Whoever is running this spot is doing a poor job. Always boxes everywhere waiting to be stocked just sitting in the isles, blocking everything. This spot hasn't had Kroger brand coffee creamer in the dairy section since before Thanksgiving. I don't know if they've heard, but the supply chain issues during Covid have been resolved. You can order things again when you run out. If the Kroger on Holland can have a fully stocked creamer section, they can too. The only reason I gave them a 2 is because they do have a decent meat section with pretty good discounts.Get your act together Providence.

My Doc sent a prescription in at 8:30am, the pharmacy didn't open until 9:00am. I called the automated telephone number after they opened and it said it would be ready before 10:00am. I went in at 10:30 and was told it hadn't even been checked by the pharmacist and it would be another 30 mins. I told the tech I called and the automated line said 10:00. She said, we opened at 9:00 so that isn't very realistic... Um.. ok...

I have used this pharmacy for over 20 years. They have always been helpful and professional. The only time I felt tension was during the height of COVID when they were short-staffed, understandably a difficult time.

Truly terrible! They are extremely rude and got noticeably upset when I asked questions regarding insurance. I will NOT be using this place again.

I don't even want to give them one star. I was accosted by a strange man in this store by the pharmacy. This man started yelling at me and walked up to me and put his foot in front of my cart so I couldn't go anywhere and got in my face, yelling at me some more. This may not be Krogers fault but if he works there it becomes their fault. Some strange man come up and tries to hold me in place by putting his foot down in front of cart the cart I was pushing and there isn't anything criminal about what he did. I donthing so. I even screamed in the store. NO one came and tried to help me. I don't know this man he is trying to keep me from going about my business. He never identified himself as an employee or anything like that. He could have been anyone.

I live two mins from this store but drive a lot farther to the Holland or Battlefield locations because this store is just so bad , never have anything instock and no registers open , I gave up on this store a while ago , then a couple weeks ago I was in a hurry so decided to try this store again because it is so close , halfway through I had to walk out most of the items I needed were out , put everything I had back and left , and went to another store later . Now I only needed just one item so I went back and the lines were so long , one register open and the self check out had 5 of the 6 registers in need of assistance with a dozen more people waiting , so I gave up again . That was the last time for me
