Marlin Sanchez has been following up with me on options of selling my home. At this time I've decided to keep it but I really appreciate that he is knowledgeable, professional and not pushy. He said he will follow up every 6 months or so, which is fine. When the time comes I would definitely use him as my agent.

Kendall is a fabulous realtor. She is patient and honest and doesn’t try to persuade you to purchase something that doesn’t meet your needs. She is very responsive and works hard to schedule showings or meet clients’ requests to the best of her abilities. She answers questions and if she doesn’t have the information, she get it. I cannot say enough good things about her. She hung in there with me until I found the right home for me (three years) and was ever responsive, always with a positive attitude and energy.

Hunter Nowell and the entire Kris Weaver Real Estate Team are the best. Our process went so easy and we was informed of everything through Hunter. This guy is going way beyond and above for his clients. You can imagine buying a 4Ever Home can be overwhelming, the least to say!. We was so lucky to have Hunter. He always answered our questions, day and sometimes even at night. He lead us in the right direction; his knowledge about homes we wanted to see always was on point. Hunter Nowell did his homework and he always remembered the kind of neighborhood we wanted to live in. To top it off, the inspector he ordered to the house has been awesome and we was able to be lead into the right direction ?. Our closing went smoothly, we had no worries. After we received our keys we were so happy, yet it was a sad moment because we knew we would not see Hunter this much anymore. I cought myself wiping a tear drop.
