I brought my car in on black Friday with the air pressure light on. They put a patch in the tire and the TPMS sensor came on. The guy said the battery to the TPMS sensor went dead while it was in the shop. The acting manager was awesome he asked me how long does it take for the TPMS light to go out. I won't be back.

****Very professional and very prompt service****So on 19NOV23 , I noticed my rear right tire had a flat, and upon further inspection, there was a screw head sticking out the tread. I had called Tire Choice across, and the gentleman had no immediate openings. Seeing it was 1600 on a Sunday, I didn't expect anything available. However, he recommend to call their sister store across the street, in which I did. After talking to the man on the phone at Mr. Tire, he had said he could look at it right away. So I filled up the tire, packed my 3 girls into my small car, and raced over there. Long story, short Aiden and Eli (I believe that how you spell their names) were able to fix the flat at a VERY reasonable cost. I highly recommend this shop for emergent tire needs. Oh, and they do other stuff there too, so check em out. Thank you!!!

Today is September 25, 2003 approximately two 230 I went into Mr. tire because my left side rear tire was deflating. Last year I had an issue with the right side so I went back because Mike was so professional and helpful with my warranty process that I went back again this year big mistake upon walking into Mr. tire. There was a couple in front of me we stood there and waited, I saw a man to the right of me, but I thought maybe he was maintenance or something he didn’t engage with us. The young man came out of the bathroom and apologized very polite, very professional. There was no name tag so I can’t give him acknowledgment , he took care of the first couple, I was next explaining my warranty process. I thought maybe it was still in the computer, but it was not so I told him I would go around the corner to the dealership and get the information and the phone number I return back and gave the t team member my my warranty,information he took it to the manager, and came back and told me that the manager just said that I had to pay out-of-pocket, and then they would reimburse me which was not the case. I explain the process to your team member and the manager came out, looking disgusted as if I was bothering him. I explained the process again to the manager. He took the paper went to the back and ask the young man who repaired my tire. I could hear this because the glass was broken in the door between the lobby and the service area. The young man told him that he had came out to service my vehicle, but I was gone and use some profanity that I couldn’t believe my ears. The other young man that knew what was going on, didn’t articulate why left and Still standing in the lobby, listening to the team member that service me use profanity, describing situation between the manager, his wife girlfriend, whoever and I could not believe my ears I felt it was a waste of my time to continue with this service from your employees. I ended it the team member that waited on me was apologetic. The manager sat there as if he did not care and that was his attitude the whole time I thought that the team member was the manager because his people skills were on point I asked the team member about Mike the team member told me he was at true choice, auto service center on Battlefield. I felt I needed to leave and expressed my discuss with the service I received and what was going on the team apologized the manager just said, and never apologized. Something really needs to be done about the service that happened today he needs to be reprimanded the manager and the door needs to be repaired. Cell customers are not listening to the vulgar profanity and their personal business in the lobby and they also need to know what a good customer service is.

They were flexible, patient, and worked with me to obtain the stuff they needed for my car. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I got two tires changed out and they rotated the back ones to the front. It took about an hour give or take. I came prepared to be there for a few hours but was shocked they got it done so quickly. They had great customer service, good quality work, and reasonable prices (which are hard to find these days). I will definitely be going back for any and all my cars needs! :)

We stopped by after realizing that our back tire was off balance. The entire team, including Jaiquawn and Datrell went out of their way to get us in and out!!! So thankful for amazing service and a quick fix! Highly recommend everyone who needs service to come here!

The is a great company. I drove up few minutes before closing time. My tire was flat and after waiting for 2 hours for AAA .. he couldn't fix. I'm so grateful to Tae with Mr. Tire for taking the time to assist me, and creating a wonderful customer service experience..

I got there 15 minutes before closing time Representative said he was closing soon. They took the payment for repairing the Tyre but refused to change it . Poor work ethics and consideration for a mom that had her baby in the back seat of the car

I did not have an appointment. I got a flat not to far from them & ended up needing a few things taken care of. The manager was SO helpful, gave me my options, helped me find the best prices & services for what I needed & I went ahead to work. He called me to verify everything, after my car had actually been looked at, what needed to be done, etc. & let me know exactly how much it would cost. From start to finish, everything was taken care of & my car was ready within 3 hours. The manager was so awesome. I recommend this place 100%!
