Today was my first time going to a Kirkland’s store. I’ve heard from friends they had great home decor, so I was excited to go. When I entered the store, I was a little lost and I wasn’t sure how the store was sectioned. I noticed an employee walking around the register but she didn’t say hello or ask if I needed any help. So I just made my way to the back of the store. I was looking at the different kitchen wall art and employee #2 was inches away from me and she also didn’t say hello or ask if I needed any help. I was by her for a few minutes and she never said a word. I continued to look around the store and Employee 3 came out of the back room and she looked at me and also stayed quiet and didn’t say hello. I walked around for a while looking around the store, Employee 1 and 2 passed me again and still no greeting or offer to help. I saw a few things I liked but didn’t buy anything because I saw Employee 1 seem annoyed when another customer approached her. I left the store empty handed and I will not be coming back to Kirklands because of the lack of customer service. All 3 employees looked annoyed and grumpy. I will bring my business elsewhere where the employees are nicer.

Beautiful store for Home interior items. Store smells good as soon as you come in. I was greeted as soon as I walked into the store. Prices are reasonable and they had many items on clearance or 25-50% off.

I usually shop at Kirkland’s Home for one specific item each visit but end up purchasing several items. Kirkland’s Home atmosphere is so relaxing and refreshing. I love Kirkland’s Home lamp selections. There are so many neat things at Kirkland’s Home. I usually shop for unique items in entryway and accent furniture, lamps, kitchen accessories, and bar stools. The employees are very friendly and helpful at the Landstown Commons location.

Kirkland's was well decorated with fresh products and a friendly, helpful staff. Lots of cute, bright outdoor products for entertainment. If you're into Farm House and Rustic, this place has a good selection, and quality is measured by what you pay. ? Clearance prices on the rugs were a bargain!! Additional 30% markdown and I found a great deal! Beautiful quality on the flowers ?.
