I have only lived at Kings Row apartment for a few months now, and I would have to say my stay thus far has been nothing but extraordinary. It’s a small family felt ,safe community without drama.Ms.Shawanda is a very sweet person that makes sure your stay here is satisfactory.Highly recommend.

I've been living out Kings Row Apartments for 1 year now since New Management has taken over I haven't seen Roaches our community is fenced in I feel more safer light poles outside has been replaced its coming along very Nice here and I love it

THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE TO LIVE!! Terrible property manager. The worst attitude ever. Super unprofessional. Place has plenty of infestations but most of all the lady at the office is a terrible unprofessional person rude and disrespectful i wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy

I had to remove a wasp nest myself after calling in maintenance told them that the other 2nd floor units next to me have the same wasp nest on the window leading to their kitchens they never showed not once i even had to unclog my own bathroom sink one time and i had to replace my own shower head and that was four years ago. dont move here thats an order

This place is a joke first they stole my money that I paid made me pay it back!! Some People harass others here! They don’t hold up on there end! Me and my toddler had no ac all summer when it was 90 degrees in my apartment at all time then won’t renew my lease and couldn’t tell me why oh plus the bugs and roaches are bad here been here 2 years and thank god I’m getting out strongly don’t recommend

Living at Kings Row is definitely interesting. Its not your average neighborhood or your average neighbors, but that's not a bad thing! Since Cindy the new office lady has taken over things have been on the upswing for sure, great service and doing everything in her power to take care of the to-do list I've been tryna work on. She obviously cares about her tenants getting what they pay for and its definitely been a much better time living here since she's come in. Good service, never a dull moment living here, totally recommended!

Terribly ran community, tenants are cruel and rude to others around, nobody ever is around for help in the office, they don’t return phone calls, and easily said don’t waste your time!!!! If you need a shopping cart you can always find one conveniently located near the bike racks.

Kings row apartments has become a psychiatric ward /morgue.Residents are either on psychiatric meds or dead. The new walking dead!!! Run dont walk do not apply.

This place has roaches BAD !!! The leasing office is only open 3 days week. They lie about coming out to spray. Roaches are falling on me and it's gotten to the point where I can't even cook in my apartment without roaches coming out. I am spending hundreds on dining out. Please do not move here. It's not worth it ! Cannot wait until my lease ends so I can get out.
