Kiddie Academy at Pembroke is absolutely amazing. Wonderful teachers and staff, great facilities, superb leadership, excellent communication to parents, and an awesome curriculum! We are very lucky to send both our kids here.

This place is absolutely amazing! They are always doing events for the kids. They have amazing staff, and very clean! Movie night is also one of the greatest ideas!

I had my son here for 1 year and cried when we had to leave. I've been recommending all my friends moving there to strongly consider here as an option for there child. It's worth ever penny and my son was so heavily invested in. I'm a first time Mommy and I receive SO SO much help and advice. I love you all and Jace loves you too!

Kiddie Academy is a good school. The staff and administration have been good to my son and family. My son has been there since the age of 2 and is now 4. He has learned so many social and academic skills, and that comes from the shared, caring and learning curriculum used at KA.7 months ago I wrote the review above. Fast forward, when he went into the 4s, my life has changed.He fell off the top of the playground bar and hit his head with four teachers standing around. No one provided medical aid and more importantly wrote an incident report. He came home that afternoon and told me what happened and started to run in a fever. We called the next morning to ask how no one saw he fell and the director at the time was furious and address the teachers and recommended training. Because she called out the teachers for this, she was released by the owner.He came home and indicated while sleeping his teacher was patting him hard on his back, the owner was mad he noted this to us, we asked he be removed from the class.Then, last night was a nightmare:Yesterday on camera I saw a teacher at Kiddie Academy Pembroke assault my son, Kai’re. He told me of the situation in tears and I went to the school to to see the video. He was playing with blocks on the mat and after she told him from across the room to put the blocks up and he didn’t, she walked across the room, grabbed and snagged him with anger and frustration by his arms and started to yell in his face. As a mother that was one of the hardest things to see. I asked the owner, Ade what will be the course of action for the teacher and she said “write her up.” This was the best thing she could have done after a 4 year old was assaulted. She literally attacked this little boy as if she was handling a 30 year old man. When I receive the video from the police I will release it.I can now clearly see that teachers and day care staff who abuse kids do it and show signs all along.Ms. Ade is a money, hungry woman who lacks integrity and professionalism. She would allow teachers to mistreat children if it means protecting her dollar.

My little started at Kiddie Academy of Pembroke when he was 5 months old, over a year ago. He has had the most amazing teachers and staff. They have all been so caring, kind, and helpful. This daycare has truly been like a second home. As a mom, I have been extremely thankful that my little has been with people who love and care for him. We love Kiddie Academy Pembroke.

My nephew always come Home with dry lips hungry stomach.They said they feed but they really don’t feed well.Their care teacher are inpatient. He scared someone whenever he comes home .That must be His care teacher.And also he afraid to go in the morning.There is nothing to do with their fingers prints passcode entry and CCTV if they doesn’t care our child as they charge money to the parents.I wanna give 0 stars.Always need to wait to pickup our child. Front dest service is slow. And fee are so high .Please love ours kids those who work in daycare Please please ?

We enrolled at Kiddie Academy of Pembroke in September of 2021. From the informational tour to the Pre-K graduation this year, the staff of this center has been amazing! The daily photos and updates about our child's day made us feel at ease and allowed us to follow along at home with the curriculum. The activities for the children and families were always so inviting and fun for all. The staff of Kiddie Academy Pembroke all know your child even if they are not in their assigned class.The facility is always clean and welcoming. And the staff truly cares about the students.We are thankful to have found this location when it was time to transition our child into the classroom setting.

My experience with Kiddie Academy has been great. Was definitely an adjustment for my three year old son who cried everyday because he didn't want to go to school, but his teachers were incredibly patient with him and made him feel at ease. The facility and rooms are very clean and organize, which is one of the reasons why I chose them. They send photos and videos daily which I enjoy watching while at work, along with a report of their academic activities for the day. They also offer to watch your child after school hours for a fee on special occasions like Mother's Day, Halloween, etc for the parents who want to have a date night without the kids. I thought that was nice added feature. You don't get that offered at other daycares. Give them a try and you won't be disappointed.

My daughter started here at 5 months old in April 2022and she is so happy here! From when i toured the center to now, staff has always been extremely friendly and willing to answer any and all questions I’ve had. The teachers are so sweet & are great at keeping you updated on how they’re doing with peers and in class. My biggest complaint is the cost of tuition but quality is not cheap and they really do provide great education for the kids. They do so many creative activities and always make sure they’re having fun! I feel like my daughter is excelling and very bright for her age and i can give kiddie academy a lot of credit for that! I know she feels loved here which reminds me I’ve made the right choice in enrolling her in kiddie academy. The location is great and secure!

From my experience, The staff at Kiddie Academy has gone above and beyond, providing Outstanding care and education to my daughter. Providing daily updates, engagement with the kids, ranging from creating, being creative, homework, teaching social skills, and so on. The curriculum they have in place is very effective. The facility is clean and well maintained, the playgrounds are amazing and the kids love it! Simply put, when I pick my daughter up she doesn't want to leave. She wants to play with her friends, or continue to create with her favorite teacher Ms.Kris! Giving my honest evaluation, I'm very appreciative of the hard work and effort that the staff puts in here at Kiddie Academy. They earned this 5 star review. My daughter tells me often how she really enjoys coming here after school let's out. That to me speaks volumes. Highly recommend!

DO NOT send your child here! January 11th was her second day and the said she’s was offered 16ounces, to include 8 ounces of breast milk. I am NOT breast feeding and we only sent her with 12 ounces of food. Then the director wanted to blame it only on the ‘teacher’ this place costs more than my mortgage and I do not trust them at all nor should you. Also, today was my daughter’s second day there. Absolutely trash and the director is the worst. I have yet to receive a financial contract, after asking repeatedly. Please DO NOT sent your child here.

I am giving a 1 star simply for the LACK of communication and RUDE OWNER with Jamaican accent! I called to inquire about this child care center I explain to Keanna I had a difficult child with ADHD she reassured me the teacher in the class where my daughter would be has previous experience with special needs children and it would be fine she made me feel good about it ! I was suppose to have a virtual tour the next day @ 1:30 Keanna explained I would receive a link for the tour 1:30 comes and goes I called back up there to make sure they didn't forget about me (THEY DID) and got who I know now is the owner (shame) she asked me to explain everything I already had to Keanna the day prior just for her to tell me the complete opposite of what Keanna told me.She didn't even give it a chance and stated "Mom I don't steer you wrong we don't have teacher that would be able to handle that" she didn't care to try and its a shame you have an early education school with teachers who are suppose to be trained for this and have knowledge for children who are above average!REPLY TO OWNER: YES YOU DID OFFER A TOUR THAT YOU ALL DID NOT FOLLOW THROUGH WITH AND YOU DID NOT OFFER TO ENROLL MY CHILD DUE TO HER HYPERACTIVITY I SPOKE TO THE OWNER WITH THE JAMICAN ACCENT SHE DID NOT OFFER TO ENROLL MY CHILD IT WAS COMPLETE OPOSITE) EXACT WORDS *I DON'T WANT TO STEER YOU THE WRONG WAY WE DON'T HAVE TEACHERS CAPABLE OF HANDLING YOUR CHILD WHICH IS FINE AN HONEST RESPONSE BUT IF YOU DONT YOUR ADMISSION PERSON (KEANNA) SHOULD'VE BEEN ON THE SAME PAGE WHEN SHE TOLD ME THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE AFTER I EXPLAINED MY PAST FRUSTRATIONS WITH FINDING AN APPROPIATE CHILD CARE CENTER

Our son started in May 2021, he was stuck in our home during lockdown which started when he was about a year and half. When he started Kiddie Academy in May he definitely was behind with his social development. After a few months he is a completely different child. We couldn't be more grateful. This is a wonderful place! First off it so clean, so organized and so welcoming. The staff is AMAZING, they are all very interactive, nice, and friendly.The teachers are AMAZING and go above and beyond, and the administrative staff and owner are very hands on and take time with the children ❤I will always be grateful for all of them, they helped my son when I couldn't.We love everyone so much we have enrolled our daughter who is 7 months, she starts in February!!Thank you

Kiddie Academy has truly been Outstanding with educating, potty training, and keeping my 2 year daughter active amd interested throughout the day. Kiddie Academy plans plenty family oriented events for fun for the kids and family to enjoy together.

My daughter’s teacher, Ms. Gina is great! In sort time my daughter has attended the academy I’ve already seen growth! Facilities are nice and clean. I love the cameras, child safety was good me of my biggest concerns. I’m thankful we found Kiddie Academy.
