I previously purchased the Kettler Carrara outdoor foosball table. I had issues with the laminate trim coming off and the plastic floor ramps bowing and the screws unable to be tightened back down onto the table likely due to the outdoor weather. I was happy to experience that Kettler stands behind their product and warrantied the table and genuinely wanted to make it right and a great experience. I even got a personal call from some of the leaders at the company. I had mentioned some of my dislikes with the version i had with the missing ball drop and balls shooting out of the ball return. They recommended I move up to the Cavalier model that addresses all of that. It has many of the upgrades I didn't realize I wanted until after owning the Carrara model. Some upgrades of note: - Telescopic Rods - Ball return has a backing behind the goalie allowing for balls to not fly out when you score. - Ball drops on both sides - Actual metal trim, so don't have to worry about the laminate coming off The shipping was a good experience. It arrived after a couple of business days and was packed well and was received damage free. It took me about an hour and forty minutes to put it together by myself. The directions were okay to follow. Below are some pictures of the packaging and after it was put together. I do recommend the Cavalier model over the Carrara, its worth the extra $$. The kids and I are enjoying it so far and no gripes as of yet. ’ll check back on this post in about 6-9 months and will share if the table holds up to the weather out here.

Kettler is known for it's patio furniture as well as some other innovative product, rowing machines, ping-pong tables, bicycles, fitness equipment etc., my only experience has been with the collapsible folding resin chairs. I never thought after reading the description these chairs would interest me enough to make the purchase, but after looking at many different types and materials from a host of manufacturers I kept coming back to the Kettler products, I mean I have seen "resin" furniture before but nothing close to the quality of these chairs. I initially purchased (2) of the adjustable chairs for the RV, I will say I was immediately impressed, the quality of this furniture is outstanding. The chairs are lightweight but amazingly strong, their design and structural materials exceeded my expectations - the adjustable back locks in place by simply raising the arm rest and pulling them forward or backwards. The white resin provides a good look and is easy to maintain, a quick wipe with soap and water and a rinse gets these back to like new condition. I purchased a few zipper bags made of 600 denim rip stock to store them in under the bus for added protection during travel to keep them from rubbing and rattling. I think I've found the perfect chair for my needs, they are comfortable without a cushion but that may be a future option I explore. Although these chairs don't come cheap there's no doubt they are a great value for my application and I'd buy them again, actually after using the first two I purchased two more and I couldn't be happier. I would expect these chairs to last for years if they are well maintained. The company was founded in 1949 and started manufacturing patio furniture in the 1950's that kind of longevity doesn't happen by accident...

We recently purchased some patio furniture from Bridgette and her staff, and they were incredibly knowledgeable and personable. They answered all of our questions and helped us pick the right pieces for our space. We definitely will be buying all of our furniture here in the future, and highly recommend Kettler!

I would never do business with Kettler again; they do not care about their customers. We bought their Cavalier outdoor foosball table, and they did not take responsibility when their delivery company damaged our front porch. A review of their outdoor Cavalier foosball table, which is not cheap: when playing offense, the players cannot stay positioned up and out of the way when rotated that way, and the goalies do not rotate 365 degrees. And for the more experienced players, the surface material causes the ball to jam between the soccer player and the table surface, making it extremely difficult to execute a "kill" shot.

I have been trying to get a response to a request for replacement parts for one of their ping pong tables, and no one seems interested in helping. We won’t purchase anything from this brand again.

TERRIBLE Customer Service. Be warned. Bought an indoor ping pong table that started warping less than 2 yrs after purchase and was told that it was due to moisture or spilled liquid. Neither was true, they just presumed their own facts straightaway and moved on!!

I bought a stationary bike to do exercise at home during CORVID-19. The bike is very good - sturdy, heart beat rate is correct. The customer and parts support team are excellent.

The ping pong table was a challenge to assemble but I watched videos, organized the parts and pieces and got it done. It took a lot of hours and some help from my husband at the end. I'm a 73 yr old grandma and could not lift and hold the other side of the table and put in the nuts and bolts at the same time. I feel very fortunate that I got one since the table was hard to find during the pandemic. It is a great and fun way to isolate. The quality is excellent and we are very happy with our purchase.
