I originally picked this body shop because it was the top rated by my insurance and for good reason! The process was relatively painless. The work was completed in a timely fashion and came out beautifully! Margie was also a great help, was always polite, and kept me updated throughout the process. Lovely shop & happy to support a small business!

I just used them recently to fix my car, and it was a great experience. They fixed my car, and it looks brand new. I was excited to see my car. They even cleaned my car. And the woman that answers the phone was always polite and very helpful through out the process.

Kempsville Body Shop does great work. I have used them for the past 24 years and have never been let down. They have performed body work at least 10 times ranging from rear end damage from the stop and go traffic in this area to major collisions. I strayed one time and took my car to a major dealership and it was a horrible experience. This is my “go to” place for auto body.

Came here instructed by AllState, the receptionist appears to HATE her job. First told me that there's no record of me in there, called statefarm and they said you are in there... so I called back, and then she said first available is next month... I said damnnnn, thats far away and idk if she thought it was a joke but literally a legitimate reaction and she just hung up. RUDE, even in person she was rude.
