OUTSTANDING service. I was referred to this place by the NAS Oceana NEX for a watch wrist adjustment. It was done and the gentleman (I think his name is Chris Brown) would not charge me for the work. I tried to give him $20.00 but he refused to accept payment. Thank you very much for your help and profesional service. Am very grateful for your kind gesture.

Best service and best pricing, Fixed my ring and put stones back on in just a few days and went above and beyond. Email notification when everything is ready. His pricing is half what everyone else asks and he is honest. I would highly recommend.

They have fixed jewelry, turned clip on earrings into pierced earrings and cleaned and repronged my wedding rings and we have been happy with the speed and quality and pricing each time. He even sends an email when repairs are done.We will come here for all jewelry needs. ..

Horrible service. He told me it would take 6 days to to the simple repair of replacing beads on a cheap bracelet. How about 6 weeks later and nothing but a attitude mixed in with a lot of gall. Not to mentioned being closed on a Saturday when I went across town to once again see if he had even attempted to work on it. I guess the job for him was too small and he just did not care. I would never trust this guy again and feel like a need to warn others.

There is nowhere else to go for quality service, best prices, and fast turnaround time! I brought my rings in for sizing and not only was their sizing price WAY lower than everywhere else I looked, he even offered up less costly options. On top of that, I had recently went into a big-name jeweler in the mall to request that by yellow-gold ring be dipped to white and they said they don’t do it anymore ? Before that I was quoted over $200 to do it. Not only did Jewelry Plus dip it but they did it for a fraction of the cost! And the best part?!?! It took less than a week for the sizing AND the dipping! I will never go anywhere else! Super friendly staff!

Chris is a genuine guy with good prices and honest quality work. The shop owner, Chris, will meet you with a smile, have genuine conversation while he works on your jewelry, not push any kind of sales on you, then charge you an honest price that will shock you. My wife and I have repeatedly gone back to him with any jewelry needs and refuse to go anywhere else. This is the genuine care that we don't see very often anymore!
