Absolutely terrible. Still haven’t received any of my money!!!And have called over and over again.But she never calls!!!I’d suggest going somewhere else or doing it by yourself online it’s a hell of a lot cheaper and get your money. I guess I’m gonna have to go up there.

I went there to get my taxes done, the woman who was preparing my taxes didn’t seem to know what she was doing and kept asking her colleague for guidance. I also am a crypto investor and she failed to report my gains and losses, I think because she didn’t know how. The worst part is when she asked what I paid in taxes last year, I forgot to get my last year’s tax docs. She says, “I can just put zero.” I told her no I’ll get my docs, I live close by. I was gone for no more than 15 minutes and when I got back there was another customer getting their taxes prepped by her. Then another woman (who was very rude) says “you’re going to have to wait”. And I just asked for my docs. She voided my prep fee and I left. I will never go here again to get my taxes done.

Cheryll at the VB Blvd location was incredible. She not only quickly organized and efficiently executed my complicated return but she educated me on the best ways to proceed in the future. My taxes were a mess and she took me last minute and helped me ammend my return from last year. Amazing.

I have been to this location twice to have my taxes prepared and Cheryll has taken great care of me in getting my taxes completed. She also explained things in a way you understand so that you know how your numbers are what they are don’t be afraid to come on in to have taxes done here all the staff are professional and great!! Plus there attitudes and conversation match their professionalism.
