My iPhone got water damaged after a boating trip, and for days would not turn on. I thought I lost all my data but this place fixed it within 30 minutes! Very very happy with the service!

Didn't spend money here but took in my computer to get diagnosed and turns out it was done for. Rather then trying to upsell me the worker was honest about just looking into replacing the computer and not dumping money into the computer.

I went to get my phone fixed (cracked screen) the screen is very dark. The color and clarity is off. I understand that it’s a aftermarket screen. For the price I wouldn’t recommend. At the bottom of my phone. There is a 1/4 inch of cutoff screen. The screen used isn’t the best quality…

Had my daughter’s IPad repaired here after it “mysteriously” got cracked. Always a mystery how my kids break their screens.
The screen was repaired in around 2 days, looked great and my daughter was very pleased.
Here’s hoping for no more mysteries. I hope to never see this store again, but if I am in the area and needed another mystery repair, this is where I would go.

Dropped in to see if I could buy a cleaning kit to try can get sand out of my phone. They ended up cleaning it for me within 2 minutes. Something subtle but it really made my day.

Stopped in for a quick repair while traveling from Houston. I was in and out in 5 minutes and they didn't even charge me. Very professional and flight. 10/10 would break phone again.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of taking my Samsung Galaxy S10+ to a repair store for a new back glass and battery replacement. Regrettably, within two hours of retrieving my device, the screen ceased to function. Upon returning to the store, I was informed by the technician who had worked on my phone that she had mistakenly used an excessive amount of alcohol, which likely damaged the screen. This individual was the same person to whom I had entrusted my phone for the initial back glass and battery replacement.
The store manager promptly provided me with a loaner iPhone until a new screen could be ordered and installed. However, the replacement screen proved to be subpar. The in-screen fingerprint reader no longer functioned, the bezels were noticeably misaligned, and the pixel quality was reminiscent of a phone from over a decade ago.
Although I did receive a full refund for the unsatisfactory repair, I was ultimately compelled to purchase a new phone due to the compromised state of my original device. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise against entrusting Samsung phones to this particular repair location and will refrain from utilizing their services in the future.

I thought I needed a new phone, or had water damage. I couldn’t hear much out of the ear piece speaker. Went in and was attended to within the first few minutes. Ear piece speaker just needed to be cleaned. I was in and out fast! And I can finally hear my phone calls again! Saved me a whole lot of money!
