I love this gym! It is so family friendly! It's clean and very well managed. I love that the staff is so personable and friendly. There is so much to do for every member of our family. I appreciate the effort that is made in making us feel welcomed and looked forward to!

Good clean gym with a lots of equipment and a small feel. With plenty of treadmills, free weights, and other strength training equipment, there is something for everyone. The pool and hot tub are nice. Locker rooms are spacious and clean. The employees are friendly and helpful. The only negative is that their hours suck. They aren’t open late, the weekend hours are limited, and it costs an extra $5 for 24 hour access. Great facility that is well maintained and great people, just wish their regular hours were a bit later.

Lots of equipment, big pool, trainers if you schedule that. Check pool hours, closes daily for 2 hours. Hot whirlpool tub nice too. Showers.

Jaceona (JC) was sooo patient with me. The customer service at this location is impeccable. She was very patient, helped me with all my questions and concerns I had for before and aftercare, kind and very sweet. She found ways to help me with everything I was looking for . She went above and beyond and gave exceptional customer service. I was at this location for about 2 hours and I feel super comfortable with my child attending for care here. Thanks so much ! Keep up the amazing work! Please look into promotional or raise opportunities for her she deserves it!

My wife and I continue to sign up for classes/events on the website and CONTINUE to face cancellations. We even called ahead for the latest author meet up event at Princess Anne location and was told that it was NOT CANCELED.Lo and behold we get there, canceled. We are getting extremely tired of this.Be very wary of signing up for things for the Y, apparently the website is independent of the locations; with things being done locally and not honoring the site.

I just went to my first MixxedFit class this morning and loved it! Morgan has a lot of energy and kept the class moving nonstop! I’ll definitely be coming back!

So many last minute cancellations that was only told when we arrived at the event/activity. No prior communication or whatsoever. Extremely frustrating.

I've been going here for almost a month and I absolutely love it! It's great being back in the gym and they offer so many options for things to do. I'm disabled and the Y offers so many classes and workout equipment to help me with rehabilitation and maintaining my health with low impact exercises. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. I love it here! Happy to be a member!

I came in here to ask about a Ymca membership that I already had and they said that I was a nationwide member which I knew. Then the lady proceeds to say I’ve never had an account and was trying to get me to make an account. She got very sassy with me and told me to be patient. Denise H made me feel very uncomfortable and was extremely rude to me. I cannot believe that a woman could be so rude. I was apparently too much for her so she sent me to another associate who resolved the issue in less than 2 minutes and helped me out.

Hi I just took a tour of the Indian River YMCA. The receptionist was very nice and helpful.She signed me up and gave me a quick tour. This YMCA had a sauna, a steam room and what I was especially looking for a hottub. The weight room was well equiped with modern equipment and my membership allows for a personal trainer along with classes. I'm looking forward to starting soon.

The staff is extremely kind. Elizabeth and Margaret really know how to run a top notch establishment. They are always always cleaning the facility, which is wonderful. If you're looking for a good place to spend quality time, I would definitely recommend this location. They have a lot of classes for all different kinds of activities. You will not be disappointed

Went there today for a workout. They were closed. No advance notice,no sign,no nothing. Just closed. Not very fair to your patrons!!

Good facilities and plenty of parking. A word of caution, if you ever want to cancel, make sure you read the fine print. The process is lengthy and may require another draft from your account. Requires a 30-day notice!
