We sent all our paper work in and we’re told it would be a day or two, and that someone would contact us. I never heard back so I called a couple weeks later. I spoke directly with Jason Molton, he said he would finish them up and let us know when it was done; he said it would be a week max.Again, I never heard back. I called three times in a matter of a few weeks and was told I would get a call back. Months went by, then I received an email stating that an extension had been filed. I called once more, and I was told that I’d get a call back. A couple week later, a woman called me and said they were missing paperwork that was needed in order to file. I showed proof of where I sent in the paperwork, and I was brushed off as if it wasn’t their problem.I gather the information she needed and she told me that she had finished the taxes. She said, “I’m sending off your taxes electronically now. Your paper copy is at the front, you can come pick it up at your convenience.”The following week I called back to ask I had given her my bank account information for direct deposit because I couldn’t remember wether or not I had. She sighed and said “Let me go up front and check your paper work.” She then informed me, with an attitude, that she could add the bank information now because she hasn’t sent it off yet.”She went back and forth with me admitting that she did in fact tell me that she sent it off but that I had to sign it before she could send it off. It was is asinine.I worked in customer service for years, I NEVER get an attitude or am rude to a customer service representative. Even if I’m angry with the company, I do not treat the individual with rudeness or disrespect. It is EXTREMELY unprofessional and unproductive to speak to customers the way she spoke to me. And to not be clear and concise when giving information, especially something as important as taxes being filed.

My taxes intially were not submitted! I called the first time to follow up after 5 weeks and was informed that 'I would get a callback from person who prepared my taxes' and never got a callback. When I called again I was informed that they were just resubmitted. So it appears had I never called back the 2nd time then my taxes would not have been submitted!
