Got a notification from IRS after filing with this office. Can't get an answer on the phone. Next appointment is a couple weeks away. I have to wait because of their mistake. Calling corporate office didn't help gave me an address for an office that isn't there.

The preparer I have used for a few years now is always quick and efficient. Very communicative if any questions arise. I hope he doesn't retire anytime soon bc I will continue to use him has my preparer.

Filed our taxes with them for $380, tax preparer typed the incorrect account number despite having our bank information from our banking app right in front of him. Now we just have to hope the bank rejects the IRS direct deposit and we eventually get a check. Honestly the mistake would've been understandable if the customer service in response wasn't so terrible, tax preparer literally called me a Karen so now I will behave like one. Don't go here you'd be better off doing your taxes yourself
