Enter around side near Lumber, not dock or garden area. You may have to circle the block. Good luck getting in to dock. There s trailers & metal everywhere. Must cross a busy road and holdup traffic to back into dock. Employees can't assist. Hopefully you are team drivers. Try not to get run over.

I had a water pump fail at home. Home Depot did not carry the type that I needed at the store.(naturally.) so I ordered it online. I was told it would be here on Friday now I'm being told it will be next Tuesday next time I go to Lowe's.

I feel very mislead by “DeShaun”. On Saturday, December 30th I rented a vehicle from their onsite fleet. Up front he presented himself very knowledgeable but seriously stated an apparent falsehood per his manager. *** The rental is $150 but he clearly told me the amount “would be fully released after keys are returned (from usage)”. This reality and promise did not happen as I’m still on a $150 hold. I am not independently wealthy to withstand a loss of available credit in these times with misleading statements. *** At no time did he tell me about “a 3 to 5 business day hold (of the $150) before release”. Their manager absolutely DID NOTHING to make good with me. I filled the gas tank even for the less than 10 miles of usage! Yes, DeShaun advocated a discount of the $19.95 + tax rental—but he did not state something clearly important. Suggestion: Home Depot should offer a less expensive alternative for renters knowingly using vehicles LESS THAN 1 hour! I will use U-Haul, which stinks completely more, next time.

Waited 15 minutes to get help for carpet, associate told the manager was going to send one. 30 minutes later no one showed. Still waiting for an associate. edit: I’m going to Lowe’s from now on, they may not have everything, but at least they give a damn.

So on Friday 01/12/2024, my brother and I went to Home Depot to get materials for my job. After we got our thing, we started walking to the pro desk for a phone sale. While walking, a man came walking toward my brother saying, " Do we have a problem? You just keep staring at me." This man was in regular clothes. I stepped between my brother and him and told him to keep it moving we don't have time for this. Come to find out, he was an employee working there. Then, I tried to kick us out. He just kept saying, " Trust this, not what you want," put his drink down and walked back up on us like he wanted to fight until he saw his boss. Then, of course, he tried to flip the script and told his boss all lies. They wouldn't give me his name, so I can inform corporate about the individual. If this was him being professional, I wonder what's he likes when he is mad. I felt he thought we were trying to steal some INSULATION 6 BAGS AND 1 SHEET OF METAL. With our work uniforms on SMH, I FEEL CAUSE WE BLACK AND OUR SECOND TIME IN THE STORE. HE THOUGHT WE WAS STEALING. SMH. Poor customer service

We purchased a GE Profile Range, model PSS93YPFS, and it was installed 12/29/2023. The range stopped working less than two weeks later, on 01/11/2024. Anything you turn on will turn off in a few seconds, even the oven light won't stay on. A GE tech came out on 01/13/2024 and said the control board needs to be replaced. However, the part won’t be available until another two weeks, on 01/27/2024. We asked Home Depot for a refund so we can purchase a different brand but got DENIED!So, is this best business practice for a customer to have a major appliance installed, only to have it break two weeks later, and make the customer wait another two weeks to have it repaired? My mother is over 80 years old and THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT HER? How is she going to cook for herself the next two weeks? I will NEVER buy another GE product again and I will NEVER buy anything from Home Depot again! You lost a customer for life!
