Called and got an appointment within an hour for both me and my husband. Staff was very professional. Explained ingrown toenail process in depth. They made our first visit so nice. When regular customers came in, was very personable and made them smile and felt welcomed. They did not rush at all during our spa pedicure. We will be back.

I used to go to this place for years, moved and this was my first time back in 2 years. The atmosphere is always welcoming and the staff are very friendly, but for some reason the quality this time was off. My gel polish was lumpy and already peeling off within a day. Very unhappy about the $75 I spent on a mani & pedi that only lasted a day.

I got a full set of acrylic nails this past Saturday. On Monday morning the edges looked as though I had them for over a week. I already need to have them filled in. I’ve always had good service and the technicians are very friendly. I had the female owner as I always requested her. I paid $50 plus a $10 tip, but for the money and the condition of my nails I will not return. I hope others have a better experience than my last one.Service: Manicure

They do a decent job. I'm not very harsh when it comes down to reviews, but something that'll make you lose stars with me if if I feel like I don't receive the level of service that I paid for, or if I feel like someone at the business was disrespectful. My mom and I went in, and told the two ladies what services we wanted. Both of the ladies kept trying to pressure us into getting the deluxe package which isn't what we asked for, they asked about five times which became annoying. It was after a stern "no" from my mom when they stopped asking. That's why they lost one star. The other reason for the second star being lost is because they're speaking Cantonese right in front of you and talking about you to your face in a different language. Your probably asking how I know, because I have a Google pixel 7 pro with live translate and it was definitely translating everything that they were saying. I can't argue about price these days because everyone is sky high with prices, but I do feel like $30 to have a pedicure is a bit much. But I'm not going to complain. I understand that businesses have to make money.
