Came in today to get a carb for my T-Maxx. I didn’t notice it in the store but they actually sold me a used part. It was covered in gunk. And they had taped the bag back together with packing tape. Not opposed to a used part, but they shouldn’t charge the new price, and it was also completely gunked up and it won’t keep my car running.I want to make it clear, this part wasn’t returned, it was used.

a good shop with a good selection of stuff for hobbies. i always look through out the gundam model kits and other bands of model kits. i sometimes look at the warhammer models. i always come here when i need miliput or if i want to build a new model kit. i think the only suggestions i could give is have a spot for 3d printing. i can understand if you there isn't enough room for it. honestly i enjoy my time when i look around. i think the only bad time i had was when they had one employee who i am 100% sure they don't work there plus it's been a couple of years since then but they threw change into my hand like not like a kind way more of a agitated way. but other then that i really love this store and can't wait to buy more from them

I have gone to this store on previous occasions, but this past Friday my wife and I stopped in as I was looking for a particular model but they did not have it. I was thinking that someone would help me or ask me if I needed help. I guess I didn't fit the profile of someone that needed help. I was definitely profiled as if was I was going to steal something. There was a man that got really close to me which I thought was rather rude, actually really rude. He stretched his hand out in front of my face reaching for a model nearly striking me but I leaned backwards. I try to give everybody the benefit of the doubt and this person I just assumed was probably mentally challenged or suffering from some type of behavioral Issues. It was only after leaving the store that I realized that I was profiled as a shop lifter.

Went here looking for RC parts.Walked up to an open wall of parts with my broken parts in hand so I could compare them.Got snapped at because apparently the non designated area was for employees only. There was nothing there to mark that off. Another employee soon put a chain across the area and apologized for not having it up .There was no way of seeing that as a restricted area until then.I showed him the parts I had and he was helpful enough to find parts to compare but didn't fit. He suggested I buy one of their cars and I said " I can't afford them".No big deal but, as I continued the conversation he just walked away mid sentence and ignored me.I was nothing but polite and very surprised with the attitude. So yeah, as it was stated somewhere else, if you don't have $350 to buy a car...you don't exist.Should I ever upgrade to a higher end car (and I will) , I'll order it online rather than spend my money here.

Is a great store for adults with RC/train/model hobbies. But they do not want kids in their store. Also if you’re not buying or upgrading a $700 RC car, than you’re not worth their time. I bought a $150 RC car from this store a year ago for my son. Came in looking for a charger for it. But was shunned because my $150 RC isn’t worth upgrading to a better battery type. Was offered a charger and adapter that would’ve been $45 when Amazon had several options from $13-20. I was ok spending extra at a local, brick and mortar store but the belittling because my 7 and 12 year olds don’t have better RC cars than the $150 ones turned me away. The cashier watched my kids like a hawk, waiting for one of them to break their adult hobby store rules. They did and were told to stop stretching squeeze/stretchy toys.My kids playing with their $150 RCs could turn in to a hobby where we start buying the more expensive better quality ones. But we won’t be returning here to buy them.

I have been coming here quite a lot lately, always forget to check in because I have my hands full going in and going out. The selection is great, I can honestly lose hours just browsing for hobby related stuff in here and if they don't have it, they are quick to get it in for you. The service is incredible to be honest. Everyone who works on the floor is all about helping you and sharing your passion for whatever hobby it is you are into, better watch out because you may pick a new hobby or two after talking to some of the people on the floor. The lady at the register though... she is a totally different story and it is sad because the is most of the time the first and the last person you interact with. She may greet you as you come in but only because she may hear the door open, she won't take her eyes off her phone l. E V E R Y single time I've been to the store she is typing and typing away on her phone... few times she is just busy chit chatting with her friends who come and hang out by the register. When checking out, she will respond to txts in the middle of the transaction and every time just seems to be inconvenienced by the fact she has to check you out. Sad. I have made a comment to her every time I check out but that's how much she cares that she still does it. Going back to the positive, everyone on the floor is just incredibly helpful but Thomas takes the cake !! No joke, Thomas, thank you so much... every single time you have helped me way above and beyond!! You have not once tried to upsell me and even when I have tried to just buy the "upgraded" version or something he talks sense into me and makes me realize it is not what I need or that in the long run will cause me more issues. While some may think he should upsell me, doing what he does is what keeps me coming back and keeps me happy. The value value for what he does is incredible and way more valuable than just upselling once.
