Drove an hour to get here to make some returns/exchanges and it's temporarily closed. Would've been nice to know beforehand.

Zero Customer Service. Walked by 3 employees not one spoke or asked if i was finding everything OK. They were all talking amongst each other, but customers were merely bodies in the way of their conversation. Girl at dressing room, when I asked if I could try on an item, she just waved her arm towards the dressing room doors. Wow. Not a word. I find after shopping here a few times this month, they really only speak to you when it's time to pay for your items. H&M please reinforce better customer service at the lynnhaven mall location.

I remember the days are used to cost $100 and you can get so many clothes but now not so much. Back in my day, you could go to HM and get so many clothes and come out with a couple of fits, but I'll be lucky to get a shirt and some jeans. Don't get me wrong, the clothes here are nice and they definitely get the job done, but knowing what I know, I do feel the clothes are a little over priced. When I go in there they do have a lot of clothes and sizes and a different variety of sizes which I appreciate. It's a hit or miss on how well the place is staffed. Sometimes they got it and some times they don't. There is always a line. It goes pretty fast, but sometimes it don't. It's the best I'm going to get out here, so I will be coming back here.

New management, and I already see a big difference in the staff's attitude and approach as per conducting business. Great job, Shelly! Decided to share with the world wide web after actually discussing the change with her in-person. Definitely male for a more pleasurable experience.

I was so scared. This is because I was in the H and M store at the Lynnhaven Mall at 6:56 PM and we were almost there past 7. Apparently in Virginia Beach it is really dangerous to be in a store after 7. I guess Covid mutates at 7PM and becomes more deadly than ever. Its so deadly in fact that the stores in this mall can not update their websites to tell you they close at 7PM. So this causes you to drive through traffic for a half hour and get there to spend money that they don't want from you. I mean are we really this stupid or what?

Out of all the H&M in the Hampton Roads, this one has always been my favorite. The racks are spaciously apart, the crowds are low, the selection is always great. Anything I seen online I can find in this store. They always have the best clearance. Customer service has always been great. I shop here at least once a month.
