My daughter has been in the infant room for almost six months and the infant room team could not be any better (shout out to Ms. Brenda & Ms. Teineke & all the other support staff)! I drop her off knowing that my child is in the best care! As a first-time mom who had TONS of questions/concerns the first few weeks, they took everything I said and applied it and worked with me on getting her adjusted which made the transition back to work 10x easier! They ask me at each pick if I have any questions and everyone always says bye as we are walking out. I couldn't ask for a better daycare!

My son is in the infant room here and we love it! All the teachers are amazing and are always very friendly, saying hello and goodbye to my son even if they don’t teach him directly. Would love a more updated sign in process, maybe a tablet instead of the current paper system, but that might just be a Kindercare rule and has nothing to do with this particular center. We definitely recommend this center!

I would not trust this place transporting children anywhere. Every single morning while walking with my son the KinderCare bus comes speeding down the road (Westgrove Rd to be exact) and will come so close to us that we will have to run up in someone’s yard with the fear of being hit! This is an every morning occurrence of this bus FLYING down a 25 mph neighborhood road, and driving all over the place (Well OVER 25 mph.) For someone who is transporting children, and driving through the neighborhood you think they would be extra cautious.

This center is absolutely AMAZING. I love it!! We could not be more happier to be apart of the kindercare community. The teachers are amazing in the infant room. Thank you Ms.Teknike as well very informative and sweet.

We have seen a big change in our kid since we enrolled him there; Everyday they make him do activities such as craft, painting, outdoor picnics etc to develop his fine motor skills and critical thinking. Their whole staff is really pro active including his teachers Ms Kori and Ms Ashleigh. We also appreciate the hard work from directors, Ms Jacque and Ms Thelma.

I have two toddlers that have been enrolled here for over a year. The staff is fantastic, and my babies are constantly learning new things. There is nothing more important than peace of mind when entrusting your children with someone. Thank you Kindercare for all that you do.

Me. Rebecca is the best teacher ever!!!!! Attentive, caring and a great communicator! My daughters talk about her everyday!!! We are so lucky to have her!

Miss Ashley In preschool is so patient and kind to the three-year-olds. Even if there is a discipline problem she always brings up the positive with your child.

Absolutely love this center! My son is currently in the infant room and all of his teachers are amazing! It’s really reassuring to bring him here every day and see him smiling and excited to see them. All the teachers in the infant room are incredibly friendly and so enthusiastic about their jobs it’s refreshing! I wish I enjoyed going to work every day as much as they seem to. If you’re looking for a place that is top notch and takes care of your babies like their own then this is the place to go!

My son has been enrolled at the Haygood KinderCare since the end of February and we could not be happier with our experience! We love the daily reports and it brings a smile to our faces when we get pictures of what he’s doing at school - he is always smiling :)We are so grateful for ALL of the infant class teachers - we can’t thank you enough for the care and support you show our son everyday!!! You ROCK!!Special shout out also to Ms. Jacqui and Ms. Thelma - you are both amazing!!

I am a mother of an almost two year old that loves to go to school here. I have had nothing but a great experience from having my son there. With the teachers as well as the cook being able to accommodate him with him having several different food allergies, asthma, and eczema, they have offered good quality care. They have been great with handling his needs as well as being great communicators when an emergency situation arised. My son has loved his teachers Ashleigh and Kori since the moment he started there. I wouldn't trust my son with any other daycare franchise.

We feel very comfortable at this center. My husband and I enrolled our son at the beginning of 2021 and we had transferred from a different daycare. We weren’t sure what to expect, but our expectations have been exceeded so far. What we appreciate most is communication. The center director and assistant director set a standard for communication that all the teachers embody well! We’ve met all of our son’s teachers at some point during drop-off or pick-up. They all have encouraging words or something insightful to share and we never feel rushed if we have questions. We also love getting frequent photos of their interactions with him. The most reassuring part to us is that our son smiles no matter which teacher he sees!

New to the area and everyone there made me feel comfortable as much as possible. Props to the directors for always answering my questions, and to my daughter teachers in the infant room for being patient with me calling a billion times to see how my daughter doing. The separation anxiety I have with my little love bug they reassure me that she is safe. I love all of the teachers in the infant room but our favorite would have to be Ms.Lyz her energy is amazing. Thank you to everyone there that makes my daughter feel at ease, and open up out of her shell.Shannelle.H

My kids have been going here for 3-4yrs now. I love the family vibe from this center. My Favorite Teacher is Ms. T and Ms. Whitney. They keep me informed of whats going on as well as keeping my kids Safe! Thank you for all that Yall do your work definitely doesn't go unnoticed. I just want to tell you I appreciate everything from the bottom of my Heart. Ms. Thelma Thank You Thank You Thank You for all that you do and have done throughout the years! All you Guys Rock. Our oldest daughter has been attending this Kindercare since March 2018, and we enrolled our infant in December 2020 after my maternity leave ended. We have had a wonderful experience with this center and highly recommend it. The teachers are engaging, friendly, and truly care for the kids. Despite the fact that this is a city of high turnover with the military population, there are many teachers who have been there since we first enrolled, and some who have been there for over 10 years. It's incredibly reassuring to know that the staff is so dedicated to childcare. When our oldest had been there for about 6 months, a spot opened up for us to move here to one of the military Child Development Centers. We declined the spot and stayed with Kindercare because we are so happy with the care provided.
