I think her name is Cindy, whoever that manager lady is is so rude. She is demeaning to customers whenever they ask a question or make a mistake, and gives a totally negative vibe to the place. I hope I never have a boss like her. Me and other people agree with this too. I hope other employees are nicer because she sure isn’t, wouldn’t be surprised if people quit because of her.
Also, when you ask for extra stuff, she puts hardly any in there.

They move very slow I work across the street and always about to be late for work when I order my drinks and food minutes down the road to grab and go. I recently did a order and they didn’t have what I paid for

Handicap carts are ancient and have opposite controls of every other cart. Outside the store looks brand new, how can the carts be that old? Can't even make turns into the aisles without multiple stops.

Shopping ? was good employee's where very friendly and helpful, I had tried to use a electric cart, but both carts that I tried were not charged. So I considered it Physical therapy and put my walker in the cart and was able to get the items we needed. All things considered, that was probably best for me.

I went to Harris Teeter today on Nimmo Parkway VA Beach location. I went to the pizza section to ask a question. The man there pulled out his ear buds to hear me. Then after answering my question he put his earbuds back in and continued to make the pizza for other customers without changing his gloves. This is nasty. NO CUSTOMER wants ear wax, skin particles, sweat, hair and other germs on their pizza. Several months ago there was another worker checking his phone on the counter where the pizza dough is spread out. It's like Harris Teeter employees don't care about customers getting sick and apparently the manager doesn't give a damn either because it was brought to his attention months ago. Employees should use the phone and other electronics during their break not while on company time preparing food.

The prices and selection for this door or absolutely fantastic the staff is always friendly and extremely helpful the hours of operation are so accommodating highly recommended store for a slick few of specialty items

Great assortment of world foods and fresh vegetables. They also have lots of ready made dinners too if you need a quick meal solution. Good herbs and seed selection.

Great grocery store. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. Usually, it has what I'm looking for. I love to order the different style pizzas slices and put them in one box.

I have found the pharmacy that all pharmacies should aspire too! Shade, Rainey, Miguel are the friendliest, most professional pharmacists that I’ve had the pleasure of working with. I have a lot of experience with pharmacies due to my many medical conditions. These folks are thorough, accurate and they keep me informed of my meds. I simply cannot say enough positive about them, and, they greet me by name when I walk up to the counter. Keep up the good work guys!

I stopped by just to get some pasta salad from the salad bar, I grabbed some of what it said curried white chicken pasta salad, I sat in the parking lot and ate some of it only to find out there was shrimp in it (I am allergic). Went back in and talked to the manager which called over the guy taking care of the salad bar, he said it was shrimp pasta salad but he didn't change the sign. I had to spend the rest of the day vomiting and with fever and diarrhea. Lucky manager was nice and I only ate a little bit. Hope they do something about the guy's training because he could have killed someone.
