Ok experience, the rep with the curly hair was not too friendly, and when I asked for recommendations in vapes he said they all hit the same. Which for me Made it more difficult in which kind of oil i wanted.

OPEN IN-STORE! They sold me a Novo 4, I got home and realized it had 377 puffs on it. Yep, that’s right - someone had USED their device and boxed it right back up.

This store sells to people under age 21, that includes people coming in more than once! This is illegal. Code of Virginia § 18.2-371.2(B). The personnel are either not checking ids or customers are showing fake ids.

Came in this morning at 9am for a nic vape, the person who helped me was rude and impatient (wasn’t too sure what I wanted but that’s what these people are here for.) could have helped the person who came in after me while I looked but was instead pressured into a snap decision. On top of this the prices were AWFUL!!!! $55 for two nic vapes lol!!!! Ended up walking out after I saw the total EMPTY HANDED!
Went to NEPTUNES down the road and got 2 for $20, better quality and by far better customer service. Saved $35 plus the person helping me was all smiles, knowledgeable about the products and patient.
Should change the name from Happy Smoke and Vape to Grumps Rude Smoke and Vape

I live in the area and decided to pop in the shop for a disposable vape. The woman working was helpful and was able to tell me about each product and her experience with them. No marketing fluff, she didn't try to upsell me, just in and out with a product that works exactly as described ?
