I'm so sad that Charles Barker sold their business to Hall Toyota. I've seen nothing but horrible service for the most part every time I go there. I truly believe that they despise the fact that they inherited the Barker clientele that gets free oil changes and inspections for life. I had scheduled an appointment for an oil change and to change my rear windshield wiper per their suggestion. When I called I informed them that it was for an OIL CHANGE. When I get there, I'm informed that my vehicle gets an oil change once a year because of the oil they use. I've never heard or been told that. Up until now, my vehicle has gotten an oil change every 5,000 miles. Then I asked about the windshield wiper and her response to me was, "if you go to the parts department and buy it I will find someone to install it for you." I had to literally look at her to make sure it wasn't a joke! I'm not sure why it surprises me because the very first time I went there, I witnessed a service representative belittle and humiliate an elderly couple. The level of unprofessionalism was totally unacceptable. It actually caused me distress because I was next in line and I'm not one to tolerate disrespect. Thank goodness another representative opened her window and I didn't have to deal with him. Now they are trying to get me to get a service that I just got less than a year ago and clearly my vehicle doesn't need (just got my car inspected and it passed Nothing wrong just some suggestions such as my rear windshield wiper). I get it, the economy is bad and everyone is out to make money but at least offer good customer service and don't make your customers waist their time. When I called and scheduled the oil change, that would have been a great time to inform me about the once a year thing.

Great place...body shop is fast and efficient. They are able to let you know right away if something should be insurance or a band-aid fix.

Horrible sales and angry finance guy. Service department is terrific and it's a shame they don't fix what is broken with their dealership. I never got the first customer survey review request from Toyota. I waited to give Hall a terrible score for their new car sales and bad finance guy (I didn't want to use their financial advisor and he was a grumpy, angry person after I told him I would be bringing a check). I would still not buy another Toyota from Hall. Go anywhere else for sales. Their service department is very good and those folks are very nice and professional.

Brian our car Sales Expert is a stoic 6 ft. 3 brick sh*t house which will fight tooth and nail to ensure that you will have a great experience. 100% locked in with communication, all of our questions and promises were fulfilled. It honestly felt like we've known him for years. Chris the Finance Director also knows exactly how to make you feel right at home. This team that they have at Hall Toyota on Laskin is undeniably top ranked amongst their peers. Actually don't go anywhere else, just start here and end here. Totally did not want to leave a negative review. But here it goes. Bought a car from them. It had an interior light issue. They said they were going to order the part and call me to arrange its replacement. O have called numerous times with promises of a returned call... never happened. Even called this past Wednesday. Voiced my feelings and wanted an update. I got another promise of a call before end of day. Nothing. I suggest if you're going to be using their maintenance for your vehicle. Look elsewhere.

After dealing with Kia and their service, I decided I wanted a reliable car and quality service. I'm so happy we chose Hall Toyota. Not only did we get a great deal on 2 new 2024 Camrys, but everyone there treated us with respect and valued us as customers. Even Priority said they couldn't come close to the deal Hall offered which made it pointless to look anywhere else. I will recommend Hall to anyone in search for a vehicle. A shout out to our salesperson Jeremiah, Amanda and Tegen, for a great buying experience, Vickie in parts for being extra nice and helpful, and Ryan and Shannon in service for their kindness and generosity. Overall, the best dealership around, thanks everyone.

I am very grateful for the attention to detail, time, energy, and service I received with Hall Body Shop. I got into a front end accident, and received my car back today in new condition. I came in looking to buy a car and Victoria helped me find exactly what I was looking for! She was very patient and warm as person. She answered all the questions I wanted to know. She took me step-through-step to make sure I understood everything and how it would go. She was very efficient. I definitely recommend going to see Victoria to buy a car.

Got into a fender bender and used their body shop through my insurance for repairs. They did an excellent job and were very professional. I would absolutely use them again.

Got into an accident and used them to get an estimate and repairs through insurance. Was in a bit of a time crunch to get my car repaired and after calling a bunch of auto body shops, almost all of them aid they wouldn't be able to get me an estimate for at least a week and most likely a few weeks out to get the estimate approved and the repairs done. I called Hall Toyota Auto Body shop and they got my car in for the estimate the next day and got the repairs done 2 days later. The customer service was fantastic top to bottom and Ron was in constant communication with me about the progress of my car. Couldn't recommend these guys any higher.Service: Body & Trim
