I found the car that I was looking for at a great price. Thought the there were some issues and took it to get look at. They were more that willing to work with me! I have to say that I had an excellent car buying experience! Thank you Justin and Nakiah! Take from me who is a perfectionist, I highly recommend Hall Automotive sales!

Hall parts refuse to give part numbers. Really? I can find them online all day long. I was just hoping to save a little time. How does not giving out part numbers help their customers? I just find this a silly policy. Don't worry Hall, I won't call back. Cavalier and beach ford is willing to share what is already public information.

I purchased a 2021 Hyundai Kona from Hall Hyundai in Elizabeth city about 5 weeks ago, at the time of purchase they could not find the 2nd key, so the salesman told me he would have one made and overnight it to me, I am still waiting, I have called multiple times and left a message asking for someone to call me and let me know what was going on, if I needed to pick the key up at the dealership or if they still planned on sending it. I have not heard a word from anyone, I work in a field where I would lose customers for no response to phone calls. I hope you people don't treat all your customers this way, I will never refer anyone or purchase another vehicle from any Hall dealership, horrible customer service and now I have to spend over $100.00 to get the second key that should have come with the vehicle, as well as drive 1 1/2 hrs to a dealership in Virginia to have it made because I refuse to give Hall another dime. Steve Wilmot I would like to thank the general manager at Hall for contacting me about this post and taking care of the misunderstanding about the 2nd key, they made me another key for the vehicle today, I appreciate Hall stepping up and taking care of this issue

I built a lease online, said the vehicle was available. I went in with the deal. Put down a deposit, then went in to finalize the paperwork, found out the car was damaged in transit, the manager tried to change the deal. I walked out of the dealer with my deposit. They called me, and changed the deal back the the original deal. Completely wasting my time. So I go in to do paperwork, I was told everything would be ready for me to complete the deal, and the paperwork wasn't ready, finance took their time and made me late for my job, and I told them I was in a time contraint. Horrible service and poor time management. I would not recommend. I should have listened to friends who told me to stay away from Hall.

Purchased a used Suburban through Hall last month. We live in Pennsylvania and Hall offered no transportation for the vehicle. My husband spent a day flying to VA to drive the car back. On his way back he realized that the card smelled like cigarette smoke. Whatever cover up scent/treatment they put in it wore off and now we have a car that smells like smoke. Just beware that this dealer is dishonest. Never in our communication was it mentioned that the car smelled like smoke. They sold us the car long distance and just hoped we wouldn’t notice or mind.

I have been trying to get an answer from them 6 weeks and absolutely no help after repeated calls. They love you when you are buying a vehicle from them but try to get assistance after the buy forget it. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I had the worst experience in this Dealership I purchased a used 2021 Chevy Suburban with 10,235 miles I did a trade in,,,, I over paid sticker price $70,000 I didn't have no complaints until I arrived home I traveled from New Jersey to Virginia Beach My sale person was great,, But the manager (Chuck )didn't care about my safety he sold me a vehicle with Spacers in between the rims about 2inch wide the rims are from the older version 2015- 2020 Chevy Suburban,,the older version rims don't fit on the new Suburban 2021 ,,,so I had to buy new rims and take the spacers off and guess what the screws that holds each wheel were cut 1inch so the spacers would fit , I called him to tell him ,,,,how unsafe am driving a 2021 and he told me that in Virginia this is safe it didn't pass safety measures in the state of New Jersey it's unsafe to drive a vehicle when 1inch is cut off the original screws that hold the rims , I will contact every person in Gm until this matter is taken care of I haven't been able to drive this vehicle and my 500mile or 1 week is over ,, Chuck is not A customer friendly kind of guy !!! Anyone that needs proof I got the pics and videos
